In an empty restaurant, I waited over 35 minutes for a takeaway wrap and chips. While uber eats orders came in, the guys behind the grill were confused. They kept peering into half-made takeaway orders sitting on the bench and swapping bits between them. 20 minutes after my order I asked how much longer, and the girl went to talk to the cooks, but still nothing happened... Only after 30 mins did my chicken go on the grill. Eventually I got my order, and the chips were stone cold. They had sat on the bench for half an hour. To be fair the store had only just opened, they did replace my chips and the wrap was delicious, but it was a clumsy operation.

I ordered a share platter over Deliveroo and I came out very dissatisfied. I live about a 5 min drive from the shop however since we had people over we thought we would order through Deliveroo. The food took an hour and a half to come, as the app notified me the restaurant was preparing the food for over an ONE hour and a half. Then when the food came, the drink wasnt chilled, infact it felt like it wasn't refrigeratored at all. The two sides we ordered were peri chips and cheesy chips. Both were cold when they arrived. This was the first time I ordered delivery from this restaurant and I have to say it will be the last. This whole experience left me and the people we had over very unsatisfied.
