Wow. We shared all the 5 entrees between 4 of us and OMG, absolutely amazing . Beautiful tastings, looked superb, and good portions. Lovely atmosphere and great service. Congrats Michelle and Duncan. I was even lucky enough to score some fresh Hot cross buns that Duncan had made. Cheers

Had lunch here today and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the salmon which was perfectly cooked and delicious. The dishes were beautifully presented and brought to table by the chef…a really nice touch. This was on a Monday and the restaurant was just about full!

My family and I had a very enjoyable meal at Fusion. It was a stopover for lunch in Colac on our way back to Melbourne after the Great Ocean Road.

We had the eye fillet, slow cooked lamb shoulder and fish & scallop pot pie. All the dishes were delicious! Coffee was good too.

Please bear in mind the restaurant is only staffed by a husband-and-wife team. Even then, service was attentive and personable.

If you’re in Colac, make this place a must. Pork Vietnamese rolls were delicious. Super friendly staff and chef.

Delicious food and chef was very helpful and can create great Vegan Dishes!

We ate there 2 days ago. I had the best prawn spaghetti ever, and my husband had the warm Japanese salad. He loved it. I highly recommend eating here. Meals arriving at nearby tables also looked great.

Popped in for lunch. Shared the Chicken with Cauliflower Salad. Both delicious but so generous that we had to forgo the sumptuous looking desserts. Our neighbour said they tasted even better than they looked.

What can I say! My wife Lucy and I heard a rumour about Fusion some time ago and decided to give it a go for lunch. We were completely blown away by the food, the intimate atmosphere and the friendliness exuding from Duncan and his beautiful wife, Michelle. We loved it so much that we have a regular fortnightly booking and the only reason that this isn't weekly is because we live out of town and unfortunately, I am still working full-time. Keep up the fantastic work you two!

Delicious. I ordered the KCMM a house made English muffin with loads of cheese bacon and egg. It was so cheesy and so big I could barely finish it. Coffee was good too.
