From my personal experience they’ve been fine. I usually use them for parcel drop off to send packages to other people. I just show up there and say “Hi, I have a parcel drop off” and give them the package and leave, easy and quick process. They do scan the packages after a while.
One time when I was dropping off a package I had to wait in the queue because the staff was helping another customer to find his package. The staff seemed very helpful, she was looking through the packages with the customer till they found it! She provided a good customer service. So not sure what happened with the other reviews!

They also are quite helpful on the phone with regards to package updates and whether they’ve scanned them or not and etc.

Good and friendly customer service.
Even due to a network outage I got my package handed out. 2 hours later I got the notification my package is now delivered.

Great customer service. Quick and efficient. Great range of books and magazines. Everything you expect from a newsagent. Gold Lottery service, Scatch it of all types and prices. The only thing they have'nt done so far is give me the winning Lottery numbers. lol. Great easy location right next door to Kings Cross station.

Nice and fast service. Also good selection of greeting cards and stationary at very affordable prices. Quick pickup and drop-off for parcels.
