Australia Post - World Square Post Shop

I came here to post a review, because I come to this post office at least once a month and I ALWAYS get great service and I wanted to acknowledge that. But whilst reading other reviews I noticed a whole bunch of SUPER RACIST people commenting on the "Asian guy with the long hair".
People, your elitist, self-entitled attitudes are so UNAustralia. You are no better than anyone else. I have been served by this guy perhaps 5 times and every, single time he has been pleasant, helpful and courteous. So my guess is that you're RUDE & DEMANDING and he just mirrored your terrible attitude to show you what it's like to put up with you.

I had a good experience overall. One of the staffs there ( a gentleman with short ponytail) was super friendly and helpful. He advised me on how to send a parcel correctly and recommended me more affordable options. Thank you!!

Although this is a very busy post office, I have always found the staff extremely efficient, helpful and knowledgeable.
Ignore the racist soapbox "Karens" who complained about the lovely asian guy with the long hair. He has only ever given exceptional service when I've visited the store. My guess is that these "Asian" reviewers think they are better than everybody else and love to look down their noses at other asians working behind a counter. You're no better. You're in Australia now. Get with the program.

I’m so impressed with the service here. Colin recognised I was sending a few parcels and signed me up for MyPost Business and I have saved quite a bit of $ because of this.

Sometimes you have to wait a while to be served, but it’s like that in every branch at certain times.

Staff members here at World Square are always exceptional, warm and keen to support you with parcel matters. I’ve been here many times and staff are very friendly, they explain the parcel process, prices and offering lots of information. Thanks guys!!

I have nothing to say but how positive my experience was with the customer service team at the World Square Post Office. I did read the reviews prior to going to them and was very concerned re the experience I was about to have.
The first staff member to serve me was just amazing in clarifying the documents I needed to have and suggested options I could do regarding printing my papers and where the closest place was that could assist me in getting this done.
The Pony Tail guy that everyone was talking about actually served me when I returned and I found was the nicest person I could have wished for. He assisted me in submitting the forms needed and ensured I understood everything regarding my Passport application submission.
My experience was delightful and can only recommend this office to do business with.

Lots of customer services issues in the reviews prepared me for a potentially unpleasant experience. I came to lodge a passport application and get pictures as well. I had the best welcome and service there, so I thought it was worth saying. They ended up sending me to the Haymarket post office down the road because my next trip is soon and that other post can transmit applications to the passport office faster. That was good advice, in addition to an overall good experience.

Cheryl has provided the best customer service experience. She was quick, enthusiastic, considerate and efficient with a friendly and positive attitude. Problems solved 👍🏼🙏🏼

I stopped here to mail postcards while on a trip around the world and had an absolutely lovely experience! I'm not sure who those who had negative experiences talked to, but the employee who helped me was incredibly cheerful and nice. He explained the postal options clearly, and I was done in about 5 minutes. It was one of those brighten-your-day type experiences, so if you need to post something in the afternoon on a Wednesday I'd definitely recommend this office.

I found this one great . Helpful people , no queue , clean and reasonable prices .

Awesome & 5 star customer service at the World Square store. Recently had to lodge renewal passport application with additional requirements needed , KC was just fantastic and walk through each process step-by-step . I live in Hunter Valley and postal service is not great or pleasant.
But today I walked out of a post office feeling good. it never happened to me before.

Eddie is a very friendly team member, I’ve had 2 visits to this Local Post shop ever since I moved to this area and both visits were served by Eddie. He provided top-notch assistance and was very knowledgable. I’m a regular customer of Auspost (been to many local post offices) and I must say Eddie deserves extra recognition.

This Australia Post had 2 self service terminals inside the store as well as staff behind the counter that can assist you with all your posting needs.
The BEST thing about this location is that after hours they have placed outside the store x2 self service terminals which you can use 24/7 to pay most bills and get issued with a receipt.

Amazing customer service here. My situation was a unique and required an extraordinary amount of patience and perseverance to resolve. Thanks again to those I dealt with today which really did put the customer first. Very much appreciated!

Staff are extremely helpful. I use this post office regularly when I am posting letters and parcels or buying their products they are extremely helpful and go out of their way to provide a great service. Well done team :)
