Carlingford Court Medical Centre

First time coming here. And so impressed. There was no wait times, reception was fast/friendly and Dr. Ahmed was kind and experienced. He gave us sound advice for our child that didn't feel textbook scripted. I really felt at ease after the consultation. Also highly appreciate that children are bulk billed, so we don't have to weigh up the options of being out of pocket or assessing our baby's health, especially when everyone is financially struggling. Will definitely trust this practice with our future health needs. Thank you and keep it up 😊👍

All doctors are great and the front desk staff are very friendly too. He takes care of our family for a long time. Thanks to him and other doctors too! Thanks all for making our family happy and healthy :-)

Dr Anish Ahmed is very knowledgeable and caring, takes his time to really explain things to you. Would reckon him to anyone looking for new GP. The girls on the front desk are friendly. I travel 30 - 40mins depending on traffic just to see him.

Always such an easy process. Reception staff are welcoming and wait times are not long. Dr Sharifian is always thorough and informative. No one likes going to the Dr, but at least coming here is a pleasant experience.

Lovely and very helpful Chinese receptionist. Dr Karim is great that he checked our babies thoroughly and offered some medication to relieve their symptoms. Great experience today.

Dr. Fayez Habib was incredibly professional and efficient. He was attentive, thorough, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear advice. The staff at the clinic were also very friendly and helpful. Sissi, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, further enhancing my experience. I highly recommend this medical center for their top-notch service and friendly staff.

Very good and kind service to patients, also I did my blood test with Sandy and she is a professional nurse I did not feel the injection at all like other places Ivw been. Definitely I recommend to go to this Medical Centre

We moved to the area couple of months ago and we requested to transfer all our medical details from the old medical center to Carlingford Court Center. Which we paid for it.
I visited this center this morning and realised the medical history was not transferred to the center. The receptionist lady called the old medical center and rectified everything in 10 minutes. The service was very impressing and friendly.

Dr. Selvi was very keen to know about my previous condition as well as answered all my queries.
Sometime I feel the doctors in hurry to get the next patient so each person only have less 15 minutes. But I didn't feel this with Dr. Selvi.

Waiting was a little bit long. my booking was at 9 AM and saw the dorctor at 9:40 AM.
When I turn up the center, the waiting was full. but when I got out there were only 4 people waiting. I guess I booked myself at busiest time slot.

Such a great place to have a medical appointment. No hassle at all! Their receptionist are very polite and professional. Thank you for Dr. Guo and he was able to explained to me very well regarding my medical concern.

Teresa was also a good nurse! She make sure that I am comfortable while I'm having my vac shots.

Also, thanks to Antonette for getting my blood collection painless.

Doctor habib is probably the most down to earth, kindest and the most amazing doctor in Australia always making his clients feel right at home with his warm smile and always giving very professional help while staying very professional and humble, I recommend doctor habib for anyone who is looking for the perfect doctor.

I have been coming to this medical centre for some year's now. Whether it was to see a doctor or have Physio.The receptionists are great knowledgeable and welcoming.
I have a regular dr here now who goes beyond helping me,he listens and makes me feel very comfortable.

Recently visited this medical Centre. Respectful staff and timely visit. Dr. Karim was amazing! Absolutely recommended. They also have bulk billing for specific patients, so check in advance. Otherwise, the gap fee is not high ($30).

Very clean & tidy medical centre. Minimum wait times. Staff were friendly & Dr was patient & listened to my mother’s needs. Will definitely take her back there again.

Online booking is easy to use and very user friendly. If you are looking for Bulk-Bill doctors, please come to book with Dr Selvi Anandakumar to support Bulk-Bill practitioners, who said she doesn't want her patient to queue in Emergency in order to avoid gap and doesn't want to see patient to defer their visit because of gap and then may develop from cough symptoms to pneumonia. I am working in Children's Hospital Network to support Digital Health, Dr Selvi's words toughed me and I strongly agree with her that patients health are always the top priority for healthcare providers. Thank you very much again Dr Selvi. Let's support Bulk-Bill healthcare practicing.

I have been really happy with this medical facility. Sure, it can get busy at times but the appointment system works well and the receptionists are polite and efficient which helps. In particular, I am very grateful for exceptional care and professionalism of Dr M Karim.
