Good rolls at decent price. Tomatoes were not very fresh the day I visited. Good spot for light lunch in general

Bánh mì is average and the pork dim sims are mediocre.

I remember the bánh mì being better years before: more salad, more filling. Put simply, more generous.

The pork dim sims is where it deteriorated. Over-cooked, sauce is watered down soy sauce with no taste.

If you want better, value for money bánh mì, head on over to Belmore Road, walk 50 metres, there is a Vietnamese restaurant that serves better pork rolls.

Was very hopeful for the Bahn mi as it always seems busy but was quite disappointed. Ordered the roast pork roll ($7) and there was barely any fillings, especially lacking on the roast pork which was in tiny slices and dry, and the bread was not fresh, despite it only being 1pm.

Their rolls used to have a lot of filling and sauce in it. In the recent months though, the buns are flat with little fillings inside. Not as good as it was

Rolls' filling is pretty poor and tasteless. Moreover, I asked to put chilli in my roll and it didn't have any.
