Bambuu Vietnamese Grill & Noodle Bar

I’m a regular at this place because the food is fresh, tasty and healthy. The staff always recognise me and we have a great chat, even the ones that I haven’t met before seem to know me when I come in, I love that respect. I’ve dined in and taken out, portion sizes are great and it’s just one of those places where you can go to town and not feel so guilty as most of the stuff here is quite healthy. Shout out to all the staff here for the work you put in.

Had a great experience here. Service was fast and friendly. There was two vegan options (which was why I chose to try here). The meals came out quickly and were fresh and a good size (not too small or too big). It was a little expensive ($18 or $19 for pho) but maybe I'm just not used to Sydney prices! An extra vegan option or two would make this restaurant perfect 😊

Really friendly customer service. Good was fresh and hot and yummy. It has such cute decor. There are tables inside and outside. And the outside has a cute patio area with plants, fairy lights and easy music.

Great atmosphere and good pricing for the large potions.

Honestly the top 1 hidden gem dinner spot in Sydney. Came here with my partner late at night but the staff were super accommodating and friendly. Its my second time trying the duet rice paper roll platter and I am honestly just as impressed by the quality and quantity. High recommend this to anyone who loves authentic Viet food.

Fast and friendly service. Flavoursome food with good vegan options. Spring rolls were better than usual bog standard ones. Meal deal options were a good idea so you can get a taste of most of the menu.
Only criticism, menu should specify “cans only” in meal deals.

Just came down to eat and relax after an intense week. Uni mate gave me the recommendation and it didn't disappoint. Honestly, the food was so revitalising and the staff were extemely accomodating to my needs. The food was light to the stomach, but crazy good. Especially loved the bún chà!

Served me late on a Sunday. Delicious duck curry, good portion sizes. Chicken wings are so tasty. They run out of some menu staples very fast though, when I arrived they didn't have most ingredients like vermicelli etc. (could be a Sunday evening thing though for sure)

The food was super tasty.
The service was exceptionally good.

However, the music which was Vietnamese rap that was being played on high volume was way way too annoying. Not sure if the locals would want to check in if they played this everyday haha

Regardless, the food and the service still make me to rate you 5/5.

My wife and I were looking for a place to eat in Randwick that catered for Gluten Free.

We stumbled across Bambuu Vietnamese, looked at their menu and saw they had plenty of GF options so we gave it a try.

Man, we are SO glad we did! The food was amazing and the owner Anne was so welcoming and made us feel like we were at home.

We’ll definitely be back!

Surprisingly good food. Enjoyed the meat platter with rice noodle a lot!

Happy fried platter is the very good with crispy prawn tempura and springrolls. Chicken wings are recommended, my brother loves it the most. Each one has its own sauce, which is a bonus!
The seasoning for boon cha is about right with fresh vegetables on side and a lot of meat/protein hahaa. Totally worth it!

A wide range of meat (and tofu/mushroom) in volcano char-grilled - best for sharing.

Amazing place. Amazing food.
The backyard is amazing.
I already went twice and now this is my best restaurant in the neighbourhood.
Real Vietnamese food. You must try.

It was actually the Poke-ngon Bowl with curry chicken that I ordered for $17.90, and as per every other time, it was fantastic. A really pleasant place to hang and chat while eating delicious, healthy food.

A great Vietnamese restaurant in Randwick, underrated. I am in love with their slaw and chicken salad, holy moly. Have also asked my boyfriend to pick it up for me as takeaway for lunch on another occasion! So yummy and healthy too, with clean chicken. The banh xeo was HUGE - not quite as good as my Vietnamese grandma’s haha, but pretty authentic. Beautiful plating and the restaurant has such a nice atmosphere - I recommend sitting out the back in their courtyard if it’s a nice day. The staff were lovely and everything was reasonably priced, will be back again and again!

The grilled honeyed pork was beyond my expectations, and the signature flying noodle was great as well. Friendly staff and nice environ

Good deals here for those don't know what they should eat. Has outdoor and indoor seatings, fairly well presented food and restaurant fitouts.

Great food and wonderful service. The lovely setting makes you feel like you are in Vietnam. You should ask staff to be seated in the garden bc its so chill, i promise. Great place to grab some vnese beers with friends.
