This cafe has such aesthetic underground vibes with the wooden elements and warm lights on the wall and ceiling. Creates such a cozy mood!

I also got to try their new menu which was pretty bomb.

The salad and french toast was my fave!

Loved this cafe, the sophisticated warehouse feel is a total vibe! The menu has been perfectly crafted to cater for all. So many great options! I love the selection of drinks too. The lobster roll with caviar is definitely worth the hype :)

Beautiful food - LITERALLY! I had the prettiest breakfast I've ever seen - soooo colourful and decorated with actual flowers. Lovely atmosphere and great/friendly service. A+ Would definitely go back when visiting Sydney.

Great and creative breakfast menu, the breaklon bun was super tasty and crispy chicken waffles was even better!

Great coffee (even though I received a latte in a cup instead of a glass and didn't receive a sauce)

Service was lacking a bit but nothing major.

Definitely recommend!!

Previous review at the bottom...
I'm very disappointed that the hipsters have forgotten this place, it's as delicious as ever, and there was barely a queue!!!
I had duck pasta and damn was it good...
Rave reviews about the French toast all around the table too

There is a reason for the throng of people queuing up to get inside: the food is great! Actually a spot that a Melbournian would appreciate.
Limited menu, but what's on there is great.

Brunch time was elevated on another level with all the yummy choices we had ordered. The lobster roll was the bestest I've ever had🦞 and their pina colada french toast was like eating an island vacation🍍 their mushrooms on toast with an oriental fusion twist was absolutely scrumptious🍄 if you're in the area and love a good ambience to go with your yummy brunch, this place is a must!

Came here with a friend for brunch yesterday and it was awesome. The food was excellent - fresh, flavoursome, good portions and lots of truffle! To top it all off our waitress was so amazing and accommodating. We weren’t there to celebrate anything in particular but it felt like a special occasion because everything and everyone was just so wonderful!

A good brunch place in Redfern that has been around for quite a while. We've been a regular here and the food and coffee is always consistently awesome. Their narnie sandwich is always the crowd's favourite. They always change the narnie flavour every now and then. We tried the soft shell crab and it was damn good. Their omelette with italian sausage is great too. And you can order a side of super crispy beer battered chips if you feel super hungry.

It's almost 2 months into truffle season and finally, I've had my first truffle feed! This was my first time here and I loved the venue from the moment I stepped inside. It's a pretty big cafe but it felt warm and cozy at the same time. I could easily spend hours here writing and editing, while enjoying several cups of coffee.

We started off with the Truffle & Mushroom Croque Monsieur. Sauteed mushrooms, braised cima di rapa, melted Tasmanian-smoked King Island cheddar are sandwiched between dark sourdough bread then grilled. It's then topped off with a fried egg, served alongside truffle mustard and pickles and finished off with shaved truffle. Loved the flavour and the addition of the pickles to break up that richness from the cheese and mushroom.

The Crispy Truffle & Parmesan Chips were so good to have on the table! We just kept going at them throughout the meal. Yes, they were crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. FYI, I dipped them into their truffle sauce and phwoar. That sauce contains real truffle (hence the name) and they do sell it! It was love at first taste so I bought one for home.

The Clay Pot BBQ Duck Rice was the winning dish. Presentation and flavour was just beautiful. This was filled with rice, Chinese sausage, gai-lan greens, roasted duck meat, spring onions, sticky shitake & straw mushrooms, sesame egg yolk and of course, topped off with shaved truffle. The duck was cooked beautifully and every mouthful was divine. The truffle sauce just took it up a notch!

Not only was the food delicious, but the staff were so lovely and accommodating.

Have been wanting to visit this cafe for such a long time and I can say it was worth the wait. The omelette was the BEST I’ve ever tried, highly rate - added a slice of sourdough and pesto mushrooms (not pictured)

Love this place. Decent amount of parking around, early in the morning. Definitely one of my favourites cafes in Sydney. Great service, great ambience and great food. The menu has a wide range of options and is particularly amazing during truffle season 👌

Found the best Lobster 🦞 roll at three williams cafe with smoked caviar, butter lettuce, lemon chilli mayonnaise, celery, and fresh chives in a toasted brioche roll. 🤤

For a nice balance, highly recommend to try the iced matcha latte with a mochi on the side. 👌

Yum yum chooks bum! The Truffle Festival was so good that we went 2 weeks in a row. Highly recommend the pasta and the sausage, incredible. And big ups to Gale. She's a deadset legend who is incredible attentive and always remain in fine spirits no matter how frantic it is. Well worth waiting for as you can't book. Standard menu also delicious as well as the fab beans.
