Probably the best burgers in Bondi and Sydney! I Like the (Canadian) style of the dining/bar and love the food! Great selection of super tasty burgers accompanied also by the usual sides like fries and wings (must try!). Friendly and chilled staff and good service. Go on a Tuesday to score 10$ on all the burgers and 5$ on a beer.

I love getting stuffed at the stuffed beaver.
It’s definitely my favourite place in Bondi to hang and have a drink and enjoy one of the best burger in the East. The staff is alway very friendly, a bit grumpy sometimes ( real people with personality ).
I never had a bad experience in the years of enjoying this fabulous establishment.
All food options are great and special.
I will be back for sure !!!!!!!

Have been coming to this place for years and it never disappoints! Amazing food with a cool, unpretentious vibe (rare for Bondi 😂). Highly recommend the wings, poutine and ofcourse the drool worthy frickles.

Food and service were great! Ordered rings, frickles, chilifries, classic poutine, hot wings, chilidog, field trip, philly steak, and americana between 4. After being in Australia for just over 2 years this little slice of home was fantastic. Highly recommend the onion rings! Got an extra order to go just cause.

Just walking by and stopped in for a Pale Ale. The staff were friendly. Love the atmosphere.

Best burgers, best vibes, great fries! Don’t mess with the rest, this is the BEST!

This is my first google review ever. That should highlight how much joy this place bring me. Their burgers are divine. Putine is other worldly, cocktails are legit, vibe is incredible, staff are like your mates, wings and deep fried pickles are worth swapping your first born with, and even a takeaway is still exceptional.

Keep doing what you do guys. Nothing but love.

The Stuffed Beaver reminds me of Corner Bistro in the West Village. It’s a little home away from home, staff are wonderful, I only met Adam at the Beaver and always feel welcome whether it’s a night out, a work meeting or just a chat and a beer. The food is 10/10, unquestionably the best Bloody Mary I’ve had in Australia and Adam does picklebacks. Really there’s nothing to not love about this place.

Schnazzy little restaurant/ bar in Bondi. Loved the retro memorabilia, booth seating, cheeky references and trendy chilled vibes. The food was tasty (try the frickles!) and drinks went down a bit too nicely (mandarin sours and jalapeño margaritas, grifter beers). Friendly service, would go back.

My favourite diner style restaurant in Sydney, and it's Canadian. Burgers are fun and super tasty, chip topping combinations are mouth watering and they have a great selection of beers to accompany the great food! Service is quick and friendly, a regular for my weekends....don't go looking for something that fits into your diet plan though!

I love the Beaver because I can travel without travelling. It's the perfect Canadian Dive Bar - great Grifter beer, v/well priced cocktails (for a change), and the menu is straight out of North America with an edge. Visiting has become a ritual for friends local and international.
