Having been regularly to this venue years ago when it was Hopscotch and then the Tipsy Monk I was interested to see what the new owners had done....and I think they have finally got it right at this location... the atmosphere & service is great and the food is first class. Couldn't fault it. We'll be back

Have been here a few times and have to say, the Sunday roast for $30 with a glass of wine is one of the best in Sydney. Generous plate and portion of lamb (I’ve also had the chicken and it was great!) veg and Yorkshire were cooked to perfection. We got in and out before the mad evening rush & staff were friendly and efficient. Will no doubt be back for another Sunday roast soon 😋

The food was awesome. All the meat was cooked perfectly. The only let down to me was the sauce that came with the steak was a little odd. I believe it was soya butter but to me it tasted a little like cake batter which was odd. Everything else was wonderful and I think the lamb was the star of the night.

The food isn’t cheap but the portion sizes are quite good. For the 2 of us we had an entree, 2 mains and a dessert and were full.

The staff are attentive and friendly. The decor was nice but we were towards the back of the restaurant and to me it was a touch too dark.

Great atmosphere, drinks and amazing life music! Big thanks to a very talented musician Aron who made the evening very special.

One of my favourite places to dine in Bondi. Could not fault Bondi Hardware - delicious food and drinks. Service is friendly and attentive. Thanks for making my birthday a memorable one!

Went here on Wednesday night for drinks and nibbles for my Birthday. 10/10! The staff were very accommodating, even moved tables for us because I preferred a different one, did it with no hassle, or drama. Such a great vibe, cocktails were incredible, and food was delish. Thanks Hardware, soo glad you're back!

This is a great place to hang out with friends plus they have great food and drinks as well. Hang out here every year after city to surf. Love this place and a big hi 5’s for their super spicy bloody mary! The best bloody mary in town!

This place is perfect for get together for always a good time. The whole staff are soo attentive, anything you order is delicious, and they consistently have awesome live music with great artists! My FAVORITE Bondi go-to!

All dishes were great. The spicy chicken 🐔 dish was 🥇. The meat was very tender. The seasoning was a little salty for my taste however I was able to work around that.
Overall staff were attentive and polite.

Took a client here for dinner and it was the perfect place. Not too noisey, amazing food quality wine and great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Plant game strong in this cute neighborhood spot. Come to replenish your energy after a long day at the beach or to start your weekend with brunch. The ceviche tacos are cool and refreshing on hot days and the carafe of rosé spritzers goes along well and good for groups. Enjoy

I loooove this place! I’ve been walking past Bondi Hardware pretty much every day and always wanted to stop for breakfast one day. Such a cool places with good vibes, awesome interior, friendly staff and amazing food.

Had the lamb and sweet potato pizza, lamb salad, and sweet potato fries and ever dish was excellent. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about what they serve. The full bar was a great bonus. The atmosphere is very chill with a comfortable beach feel. If you're visiting Bondi Beach or are a local looking for a good spot, I definitely recommend this place.

This is our third trip to Nextdoor and without trying to sound like a pompous arse, we feel you have now got the mix right. A greater selection of ‘snacks’ and starters and the share size mains are a great choice. We shared the pork cotoletta (melt in your mouth) and Za’atar roast chicken (beautiful flavours) and sides of potatoes and carrots (way fancier than they read). We would have liked the cold cuts to have come with bread or crackers as you are required to pay $12.00 extra for 2 thick slices of focaccia with whipped butter. Delicious but on the expensive side. There aren’t a huge selection of wines, however, the ones they do have we thoroughly enjoyed. Our service was fantastic, they were attentive without being invasive. We would definitely recommend Nextdoor for a special occasion but also for a casual drink and some cold cuts (with the addition of bread).

The wagyu melts in my mouth (9+ marbling) . A much better value than the Meat & Wine Co where the wagyu had a 5/6 marbling for 9+ price. I will definitely be back.
