Ambour Hardware

I really like this Hardware Store. One of the few that aren't part of a huge chain. Also, to have a knowledgeable person who knows His way around is a blessing for those of us who aren't Tradies.

Pretty much always has everything I need. Lovely service, been part of the Redfern community for many years.

It's a small store but has super reliable wares, is reasonably priced and has friendly service. I also got my keys cut here for a fraction of what you'd pay at those locksmith franchises. Will continue to keep supporting small local businesses!

If there was a Joe, in every hardware store the world would be a happier place. I really miss shopping here since leaving Sydney. Joe’s knowledge is rare and if he hasn’t got it, he will gladly get it in for you. A truly great Hardware store

I love this place, literally has everything you could possibly want to find in a hardware store. Great prices, helpful and super friendly service. Also does key cutting which saves hunting around for a locksmith. Top notch.

The service is excellent and an older man who attends to help for everything you need.

Really friendly service every time I've come. Makes sense they've been around so long. Also very good prices and they can fix your lighting!

Exactly what you want from a local hardware store. It might be small, but the staff are super helpful and the place is loaded with stuff. A much better experience than a large chain.

Only small but reasonably priced. Great for that quick pick and single items like screws etc instead of pack Buying like Bunnings.
