Absolutely love this place. We have been seeing Leah for a few months now for my sons stutter . My son has developed such an amazing bond with her he loves going to his sessions . She makes it so much fun for him. He has improved so much . Absolutely love her guidance and support throughout it all so far . She sends me activities every week which helps so much and a summary of our session . She knows him so well already and what works best for him.
Highly recommend this place.

SPOT Therapy Randwick have been supporting both my children with speech and occupational therapy for over three years. Their support and advice has been absolutely terrific and the impact to my childrens' learning and development has been significant. Not to mention the additional support, guidance and referrals they have assisted us with over the years - fantastic!

I have been with SPOT therapy hub a few years now, and like some other reviews I am really disappointed in the cancellation policies. I was charged for a session last week which I tried to change (no one answered my calls or messages) but then in the same week a session was cancelled by the therapist two hours before. I have had sessions cancelled a number of times at short notice but I have never complained.It really is a shame that the practice values making money rather than supporting families. I raised this on email but no response.

Took them 4 months to send me my report. After calling them repeatedly, every month to follow up on the report, I was told that my report would be sent next week. This went on for 4 months.

I worked here for 1 week and I was told I was too slow. They gave me a day to acclimatise to how fast they need me to work. I have a hidden disability and I thought it would be great to work here and serve but I was micromanaged and humiliated through out the week. They asked me to work long hours, babysit the owner’s children after work. Then I got exhausted and fired. I was working there and once, a therapist didn’t come to work and didn’t tell anyone, her client came in the afternoon and wasn’t aware the therapist is away so the child was sent to walk home by himself.
So many people call for reports to be written but it takes forever to get a response. The toll bills pile up and never paid on time. I get irate calls for payment. Beware sitting on the couches, the covers have not been washed once and they wonder why everyone is sick.

I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We were assigned someone with very little experience. Communication was unclear and no diagnosis or recommendations were given. However, they are very keen to schedule more sessions.

Management is unfair. It’s apparently not ok to cancel an appointment with 23.5 notice (missing the absurd ‘deadline’ by 30 minutes) but it is ok for them to cancel appointments with less notice than 24 hours three times in a row 🧐
