Have visited this place myself & with the missus & kids as well. At least over 50 times.

Staff are helpful. Dr.Jason Kiang is very knowledgeable and always polite attentive.

The vaccinations crew are good as well, making the kids feel at ease.

I’ve been patient of Dr Mark Arya for years.
Dr Mark Arya is a excellent and friendly , also so helpfull.
Really happy with the services.
Overall I am really happy.

I’ve been a patient of this medical centre for more than 35yrs (when it first opened). Several members of my immediate & extended family attend also. Over the years I’ve seen at least a dozen drs who have always been compassionate, helpful & very understanding. Only once have I had a negative encounter with one of their gps & that says a lot over such a long period of time. The ladies at reception are always friendly and accommodating (shout out for Cheryl in particular🙂).

Always come to here my GP Dr.Jason kiang is the best!! He's friendly ,calm and profesional . your hard work is trully remarkable.

I just want to say huge thank you. I have called yesterday and I was in so much pain with my UTI. The receptionist was so nice to me.(I couldn't spell my name, haha, I was so unwell). She even noticed it was my birthday even and congratulated me. <3 Then the receptionist immediately booked a phone consult. The doctor called, I didn't manage to pick up on time, so they arranged another call. Described my problem, got my perscription by email within minutes, so I was able to get the medicine immediately and I feel heaps better today. I was told to come for lab test on Friday, if it didn't work. (I think I won't need that) So I am totally joining as a new patient. I got the care and help in the timeframe I needed it. THANK YOU

Have been to this practice a couple of times and all on Saturdays. I didn't make a booking, just walk in. First time, I only waited for less than 15minutes. Today, I went there with my partner, waited for more than 1 hour. Its fine, the receptionist have told me how many people were waiting and how long it may take. The front desk staff was really friendly, and Dr Chan was also nice and caring.

More often than not I have a good experience here. There is sometimes a bit of a wait time during busy hours (even with a required booking).
Doctors I regularly visit are extremely professional and friendly (Dr Symeou and Dr Wassif).

I have been a patient for many years with Dr Mark Arya. I have found the practice very supportive and I've always been satisfied with their service and care, especially from Dr Arya. Overall very happy 😊

Dr Susan Budic has been my doctor for the past 5 years and I cannot speak more highly of her. She is incredibly compassionate, follows up and remembers everything (even the little details). The receptionists are all very friendly and have always been great to deal with.

I've on and off been attending this medical centre for the past few years. They used to do walk ins which I found handy, but also meant the wait time was long and the waiting room was always packed. I've seen a huge improvement in the practice over the past year. I use the Hot Doc app to book my appointments which I find quick and easy to do, and my wait time is now really short. Dr Kiang and Dr Oei are both great, reliable doctors. The staff in their lab next door are great too.

ive been attending every week since my operation a month ago.
always is very busy, the poor receptionists seem to frequently get hassled by the demanding patients and therefore not the smiliest bunch.
- appointments have always been available the next day
- i never waited more than 1/2hr.
- good mix of male/female and different race doctors
- All the doctors ive seen have been great and are always willing to listen with genuine sympathy for which im very appreciative

Dr Rust ensured I understood everything that was going on and Jessica at the reception provided the most seamless service I had ever received.

And above all when she said she would call or email, she actually did! Something that doesn’t seem to too common these days

The BEST medical centre I have ever attended. The receptionists, Nurses and Doctors are all excellent, kind and helpful. It's by appointment and I am always seen on time or close to. Don't bother with any other practice.

I have been going to Maroubra Medical Centre for the past 10 years and i have seen many doctors. I used to dislike going to the medical centre or doctors. I used to have unbearable headache. I tried many different types of painkillers but non of them really worked on me. So i decided to see doctor and waited 40 mins to see GP. I was prescribed panadol, Panadeine and Neuropeon. I knew i wont be able to get the help i needed so i left feeling hopeless and continued having painkillers. My pain eventually faded after a year as it was due to lack of sleep and stress. My experience with Dr Susan budic has changed my mind about seeing dotors. She helped me treat my bleeding wound when it was time that they had to close the medical centre. She wasnt hesitant to treat my wound and i could feel genuine care and her kind nature as doctor. She told me not to worry and that its ok when i told her sorry for troubling her for not being able to finish work on time. Since then i have seen Dr. Susan Budic when i was sick. I want to thank Dr susan budic for always being so kind and caring person and i highly recommend her. I feel so lucky that i was able to know her. She creates comfortable atmosphere and explains everything in detail. I no longer can visit her as much as i have now i have moved out of maroubra but i wanna thank her and maroubra medical centre for giving me wonderful quality experience.

I have been attanding this medical centre which is now situated in Pacific Square for the last 30 years. The doctors that myself and my family see are always amazing who go out of their way to make everything that little bit less stressful, especially for someone like me who is extremely anxious. Dr Kiang, Dr Bletsas, Dr Raftos, Dr Aria and Dr Han are just a few Doctors who make up this amazing Team. These Doctors are Fantastic with the elderly and have always been amazing with my children.The reception staff are always friendly and nothing is ever a problem. Whoever runs this practice does an amazing job. Would never go elsewhere.

Dr. Linda Wallace is very kind and helpful. Although English is not my mother tongue, Dr. Linda tries to communicate effectively and understandable. Feeling good with this place and information from Dr. Linda.

As usual, they were busy. However, the staff was trying so hard to help me resolve all the problems about vaccinations. And yes, with her lovely smile. Thank you.

Without mentioning the name of my Doctor, my Doctor happens to be like the old school doctors. You know, the ones who ask about your day, ask about your work and then 4 months down the track remembers everything you said to her. Everything she said to you. Doctors who come to Australia have a hard time getting back into the medical field and go the hard road starting from bottom of the ladder and working the after hours and the call outs, trying to get back to what they love. I am so grateful that this particular doctor is in that system because I have not had a GP like this since i was 10 years old. Some of us patients dont just need a prescription, but we need the support to go with it. Support that is believable. This Doctor provides that, even if she does not want to, she just does and it is in her nature to pay attention. I could not believe returning to this doctor and then her asking me all the questions following up on what i told her last time. I was flabbergasted that she had remembered everything I said. This doctor has helped me with a health problem that is just awful to live with and I have gone from just about losing my company to living my life to the fullest again. her support changed my life. to feeling like i was half dead to all the sudden being ten years younger and being everything I had forgotten how to be. I got my life back thanks to this doctor and that was because she listened, she cared and every single time i have been there i have to hold myself back from giving her one of those big nana hugs. I'm sure it would freak her out If i was to hug my doctor but every time i leave that office the thought is very much at the front of my mind to just give her a big hug and say thank you.
The girls on the desk must see 400 patients a day but they remember everyones names and they have the patience of stone statues.
I have had a very hard road in my life and i had gotten to the point where i was feeling like my life was being wound up, like the best years were very far behind me. A year later and my life is better than it has ever been. I still have issues with my health but I got my happiness back. When a place gives you your happiness back, you can't help but write a review.. The best thing about Google reviews is that you don't get anything out of writing an anonymous review, the place of business never even know you have written a review about them, (unless they sit there googling themselves each day) which makes positive reviews that much more honest. I only hope that doctors like this one get to take med students under their wing so they be reminded about listening skills that most people forget about in this fast world. I wrote this review today because I have had one of the hardest weeks of my life full of death, lots of flights and a horrible new medication making everything worse. I am at home a couple of nights before xmas and realizing everything is okay after my doctor kicked my behind for being such a wuss. Got my strength back. Thanks Doc
