I have been a customer of H & R Block for approximately 10 years and I have always found that they provide good quality efficient service in a very professional manner. I have been happy with outcomes from my taxation consultations.
In this time of our COVID-19 experiences I not only found my tax consultant Lisa extremely efficient and professional when it came to my tax return but the steps she took to make the office coronavirus safe was very reassuring for me.

My wife and I got an appointment at short notice and were greeted politely at the appointed time. The appointment was at 3.30 p.m. on a Friday and both of our returns were banked by the ATO on the following Thursday . Well done H&R.

I have been with H&R Block for over 8yrs now and have never had any problems in getting the best tax returns. Salamander Bay H&R Block staff are amazing recommend them to anyone....

Lisa at the Salamander Bay office was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding my tax return and I was pleasantly surprised at the amount I was able to claim...5 stars to Lisa and H&R Block of the bay

The lady is rude !
I emailed H&R to cancel appointment due to weekend.
She called and said I should have called her and continued to challenge my word that I didn’t email.
Regardless not good for business.

Only new to the area I thought I get my tax return done locally.
Huge mistake! I'm still waiting after 4 weeks and after contacting them they said
Oh yeah your money been sitting in the account but legally we aren't aloud to contact them. This is the longest I ever had to wait. I will never get my tax done with this lot again.
Very poor service for paying $150 and may I say I have never paid such a huge amount for my tax return before. I wouldn't mind if the service was alright but...........find out for yourselves
Ps and don't bother ringing I'll go straight to Newcastle and they just telling you to keep trying........I tried 3 hours
