Matthew instantly understood my needs and budget, and designed a beautiful pendant showcasing my late mother’s engagement ring stone. The team kept me up to date over the coming weeks with progress, and I was delighted to pick up my pendant just in time for Christmas. Matthew is a true master of his craft, a real creative soul. Not only is he meticulous, perfectionistic and detail orientated, he is also incredibly kind, personable and welcoming. No project is too small or too big for Matthew. His team are equally as wonderful and always go above and beyond. Matthew has created three pieces (and one pending piece) for me and each experience has been seamless. During the appointment he truly devotes his time to discussing options with you, offering design advice and also drawing in front of you - a dying craft nowadays in ‘fast jewelry’.
