This pharmacy is the best yet. The staff are so attentive, they are caring and most importantly they are non judgemental. How anyone can see any negativity, is surprising.

most wonderful older gent (pharmacist) was so helpful with advice for my ailment.
I truly believe his advice has helped me heal from what I felt was incurable.

Walked in for a flu shot and was attended to by the pharmacist promptly! Much appreciated.

I have always found the pharmacists and other staff helpful and other staff at Yokine. Pharmacy also helpful and courteous..

If there was an option to give a ZERO star, I would not hesitate to put a stamp on this place with big "0" on it.
The worst local experience by far. I stepped into this pharmacy this morning to ask for help but nothing was addressed. Very unprofessional approach from old grumpy male pharmacist.
Will never return and definitely wont recommend to anyone.

Terrible customer service. I walked in feeling very ill and went up to the counter where a young girl was stacking shelves. She completely ignored me and after a while waiting for some acknowledgment I said “excuse me are you able to help me?” Well how dare I!!! She seemed annoyed that I interrupted her “stacking” then had no idea what to suggest for a cough expectorant. So I asked for the pharmacist who was just as annoyed at my inconveniencing him even though there was no one else in the shop. He looked like he’d just got out of bed and had a very indifferent attitude towards me and couldn’t wait to get me out of the shop it seemed. Customer service seems to be of no importance and I’m very reluctant to go back there and judging on the reviews on here I think I’m well and truly justified.

Absolutely horrible experience, the misogynistic older male pharmacist is possibly the worst person I’ve encountered in my life. Breached all confidentiality in regards to what i came in to discuss. His language was atrocious and he should be ashamed. I'm surprised he is still in business. I will not be returning.
