Red Rooster Penrith

Tables are always clean and today when I ordered a meal, no sooner had I turned around and took a sip of my drink, the food was ready!
Stark difference to McDonald's where I can wait up to 10 minutes for my "fast" food at the counter.

Great service, Taylor provides exceptional customer service and always very helpful. She always makes sure we get the freshly made chicken, thank you ☺

Better chicken burgers than that of MacDonald's face it when the chicken burger patties look like paste patties at Macca's and the ones at red rooster when pulled apart look like chicken that's the one who gets my vote

One of the best red rooster store in Sydney. As i work closer to Penrith area, i used go to this store to have my lunch. Staff greeted me very well. Approached me with a big smile. Food served to me is always up to the mark.

I love this store. Staff always friendly towards me. I feel welcomed all the time whether dine in or take away. They serve me with smile and of course all the time foods are fresh and nice.

Great food-friendly staff, no complaints and have had a good experience with this store. I return every week and also have great value for the money.

Is it a front? Maybe. Have I ever seen people dining in? Not yet. Does it have good fried chicken though? Absolutely. 10/10 would recommend.

Food is good always pretty much the same when I go there, the drive-thru track/road is awful though soo me and partner has had to park several times if we buy from here

Quiet place to eatand I like the foods. Something different for when I cbf cooking & I'm hiding from my husband.
Best BBQ chook only second to my own cooking imo.
Been around since before I was a kidlet.
Only grievances are that the gravy is still basic and you took away my banana fritters, I will never forget✊🏻

The staff here are always so pleasant to deal with. Makes the meal so much better when you know it is prepared by someone who enjoys what they are doing.

All food I have had from this store has been great. Both when ordering online and eating in. Their online ordering usually comes within 10 minutes. Fastest I had was tonight took them only 7 minutes to get it to my door. Their roast chicken is fantastic!

Just want to say my experience was excellent today and the food was fresh and service was great... burger was made well and not slapped together like other fast food chains. No hesitation to return if this is the quality of your food you produce by the staff, just because its classified as fast food oulet food presentation should be delivered in a attractive and eatable way... This experience i had today was top notch, well done to staff concerned keep up the great work 😆😆😆😆

Been here a few times and on all occasions the chicken has always been fresh and crispy. Happy customer will continue to visit. Highly recommend and the customer service is excellent too.

Very nice quarter piece & roast meal for my wife & a tropicana meal for myself. Best thing though, was the hot donut strips & salted caramel dipping sauce! M'mmmmmmmmmmmm it is to die for. 😊😊😊😇😇👍👍

Very quiet when I went so I got my burger pretty fast and had the restaurant to myself. Place was clean including restrooms. Burger was delicious so no complaints at all.

Unlike the pathetic Ashfield stores poor quality product which is not edible by comparison.
Maybe RR head may put a new franchisor in charge at Ashfield one day when it wakes up Ashfield store is comparatively poor product sold
