My specialist faxed a script straight to the pharmacy, it was ready and waiting when I got there and the pharmacist gave me the information needed to take it correctly. Great Service. So much appreciated

I was stuck down the coast due to the fires and required my medicine which I did not have on me... these guys went above and beyond to assist me in every way possible and I can not thank them enough! They are kind, caring and full of compassion! True Aussie spirit - absolute top pharmacy! If I could give them 10 stars I would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Friendly staff and are helpful

The staff were very polite and helpful. I was desperate to get a certain strength of HRT patch. However in their haste to help me they supplied the wrong strength patch. I cannot get the correct strength now as it is out of supply til God knows. Always check your scripts before leaving the pharmacy !!

Worst customer service of all time.

I tried to purchase baby nurofen over the counter for my teething 8 month old and was asked a million questions and made to feel like I was mistreating my child and over using the medication.

Then I was told that I couldnt buy 3 bottles because they had to keep some for other customers! I try and buy in bulk to save the extra trips to the shops but apparently that must mean im over using the product and mistreating my child.

This isnt the first time judgment has been cast for trying to purchase over the counter NON PRESCRIPTION medications at this store whilst following the advice of my doctor and the label on the packet!

I would not recommend using this pharmacy.

Really rude. Wouldn’t accept an early script submission with good reason. Was made to feel like some sort of criminal druggo. I felt judged and humiliated. Will never go again.
