Excellent dentist!

Booked for an appointment for my brother in law and he turned away due to not having a mask. They didn’t mention any mask requirement (we are in Feb 2024 not in the peak of COVID) when booked for when I called up to confirm appointment. When I called to ask why I wasn’t told and was told that it’s my word against theirs. Great customer service response.
Like the other reviews be prepared not to have any service. Apparently she’s the wife of the specialist so if you want to go this place you have to put up with her.

Perhaps the universe revolves around this clinic. That's probably why they think they are so important. Yes I missed the appointment but was treated with absolute contempt and they pretty much banished me. Hope Dr Serb and their self important receptionist never miss an appointment in their lives!

And telling me that its not going to work with knowing what I really need 🙃
