Efficient little medical centre. Managed to get an emergency appointment even though I don't live here. Courteous and professional. One tip: use the pharmacy in the towns main street. The small one, in the car park, didn't have any of my script; which were fairly common medicines.

Pretty quick waiting times and a very polite front desk.

This is the worst medical centre in the country.
They are refusing to provide me with my medical records despite it being my legal right to have them. They claim the GP decides what records I can have. They also looked up My Health Record when there was no need for them to do so. I will be letting my specialist know about this. They are corrupt bullies.

Don't bother going. Even if you've been a patient there for clear on 15 years, no doctor is around for long enough to see them and have you as patient long enough to classify them as your General Practitioner. You then have to spend months trying to establish your issues with a new GP, only for them to just dismiss you and leave. Repeatedly.

We are travelling. It is not easy to get an appointment during the short period we are in a location. Husband has been ill and taking Codrill for 10 days, and has had thick yellow mucus for four days.Obvious to blind Freddy he needs antibiotics. But no, doctor says continue on Codril for another couple of days, and present to a hospital if symptoms persist! That's why he went to a doctor! So not only is treatment delayed, the hospitals get more unnecessary patients

Incompetent doctors... Medicare waster.
Doctors are regularly replaced and fail to correctly hand over patient treatment details leading to atrocious delays and prolonged suffering for patients.
Also, delaying actual treatment with spurious "wait and see how it is" appointments before finally doing anything, smacks of deception.
The practice is dominated with old age pensioners taking up time with barely important health matters, better served by a community nurse or social worker.
My strongest recommendation for your families sake and well-being is to go anywhere else.

Incompetent Drs misdiagnosed cancer as a chest infection took months of my life on sad note same drs are on call at local hospital

Note this practice is now CLOSED on Saturdays despite their website, after hours phone message and Google saying they are open. Very disappointing and unprofessional that they don't updated thier opening hours. Doesn't provide confidence in the quality of their service.

I took my mother here for an appointment waited an hour at least it wasn't till my mum nearly passed out that they looked at her, doctor took over a year to really look into her medical problem now she has been given 6 to 12 months to live by a specialist and has to have life threatening surgery,

This place is the biggest joke new doctors each week and I can’t name one that’s actually good at their job so disappointing they way they treat people you’d rather watch everyone suffer then give medical assistance don’t even know how you can call yourselves doctors your monsters this whole place needs investigating

This is the worst doctors surgery in Australia! Always a minimum 40 minutes behind! Even when there's only 2 other patients. I would strongly recommend driving out of town to go to the doctor's.
