Chapel Farm Estate

We had our wedding at chapel farm (old part) last week and had the best day. Everything ran smoothly thanks to Madison. We had Madison and Katie as our wedding coordinators over the 18months and they were fantastic. Their communication was always prompt, they answered my million questions and were very flexible with our ideas. On the day Flynn assisted with set up and was super helpful and lovely. Madison ensured everything ran smoothly including getting us drinks, ensuring water stations (it was a 42 degree day) and helping with set up. She did all this with a smile on her face and her calm nature put me at ease. Our guests raved how gorgeous the venue was and how friendly staff were and how delicious the food was (especially the cheeseburger wontons). Guests had more than enough to eat with the cocktail menu and they had a great selection of drinks in their drinks menu. We had a few guests with dietary requirements and on the day the staff approached these guests and ensured they had a special dish, which really left those guests feeling included and special which of course was great to see! We also stayed at their accommodation for a couple days and used the rain forrest retreat and these were all gorgeous!! We bumped in to the owner a few times and he was friendly, helpful and hands on which is nice to see!

I wish I had taken photographs. This is a hidden gem on Toojay Road. There are so many aspects to this fabulous venue. There was a spectacular wedding reception in progress when we arrived.... we just had a sneaky peek. We sat in the gardens outside of the tapas bar and had a fantastic selection of food to choose from. We shared home made fresh pizzas and a glorious bottle of wine. The staff are so friendly and helpful. A definitely must visit.

We recently had our wedding at Chapel Farm Estate and it was the best day of our lives! The venue looked amazing and the staff did the absolute most to make sure we were well looked after and the day ran smoothly. We had so many compliments on how well everything was out together. We can’t thank Chapel Farm enough for giving us the best experience and our favourite day.

Chapel Farm, was nothing short of amazing. As the wedding photographer, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism by a cheerful and energetic Madison, the co-ordinator of Naomi and Ryans wedding.

On the big day, Maddison's calm and composed demeanor was a lifesaver, ensuring everything ran smoothly. She was every at once leading the team and also accomodating our brides requests to meet the ALPACAS!!!. Her outstanding communication with all vendors made the day seamless, and her dedication to creating a perfect wedding experience truly shone through.

Maddison is a wedding coordinator extraordinaire, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to make their special day truly unforgettable.

The food and drinks come out relatively quick even when they’re packed today and the staff was really friendly.
The food was delicious.
The chicken wings were nice and tasty.
The wood fired pizzas were light and crispy.
The sweet potato fries were nicely cooked.

Chapel Farm is a beautiful little winery.

Our group tried majority of the items on the menu. Everyone was very happy with the quality and portion sizes.

Pizzas were not great, but the other items well and truely made up for it.
Seating was mostly outdoors (undercover), however it was well protected from the wind so was actually quite cosy even in winter.

Definitely worth a visit!

What a wonderful staff lunch we had at Chapel Farm over the weekend! The venue itself is stunning, and the area that we had selected was beautifully shady, and set up perfectly on our arrival. The food was absolutely delicious, we selected the Gourmet BBQ and it was so generous! The Holy Roller ice cream option was a hit with our team as well. The staff were also fantastic, Emma and Alwyn were so professional, friendly and helpful - they are both such an asset to the Chapel Farm team. We would absolutely recommend this venue as a great option for an end of year event and many of us are looking forward to heading there over the holiday period. Thank you Chapel Farm team!

We held our wedding at Chapel Farm in November last year. Darren and his staff went out of their way to ensure we had the most perfect wedding, from the planning, to the set up on the day and the day itself. The venue is beautiful and we had the perfect light that day for all of the amazing back drops the venue offers. We opted for the buffet menu. We had several guests comment that it was the best wedding they had been to and that the food was superb. Shout out to Kelsey and Katie who were both so awesome, friendly and helpful. Madi was a dream! She was so sweet and approachable about any questions I had about planning my wedding! She was very professional and sympathetic when it came to us making a decision about moving the location of our ceremony due to the weather. I wasn’t stressed at all as I knew Madi and the team had it all handled. Thank you so much for creating the most magical day for me and Dave! Everyone commented about the location and how the ceremony and reception was beautiful and unique. We are truly grateful 🤩

Amazing food, beautiful venue and friendly staff. Food came out quickly and hot. Lots of meals to choose from whether that be a main meal or sharing. Good choice of children's meals. Definitely a restaurant to visit!

Katie took charge of our venue arrangements like a boss. From coordinating with suppliers to ensuring every corner looked insta- perfect!

On the big day, Katie was a total lifesaver. With her cool demeanour and eagle-eye for detail, she kept everything running like clockwork. No last-minute drama could ruffle her feathers (and trust me we threw a couple of Wobblies her way 😂)– she was on it before we even knew there was an issue!

My partner and I stopped for a quick drink and bite to eat while running errands and sat in the Courtyard. We shared the corn fritters, popcorn chicken and fried calamari. All gluten-free and so yum!
The Chapel Farm staff are always welcoming and today was no different.

After my second attempt here i found the place to be absolutely amazing amzing mt boys gave the pizza 1000 stars. The staff are so friendly The manager went above and beyond... im very pleased with the food and the experience.

As a wedding photographer, I'm visiting many beautiful venues across WA, and Chapel Farm certainly is amongst the nicest there!
The grounds are small but beautiful, the dining area just glows wonderfully at night, and there are great opportunites to capture beautiful images.
The staff and food there is excellent!

We were attending a wedding here and decided to stay the night. From the first enquiry to the time we left we had wonderful service. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Monique was who I dealt with the most. The rooms are a great size and beautiful decorated and the grounds are magical. Food at the wedding and breakfast the next morning was great. Can't wait to stay there again soon.

The venue was a highlight of our weddingv and all guests commented on how great it was. There were plenty of options at the bar, which catered for all guests. There was plenty of locations for photos which were all on site. We included the photobooth which was a great success with all the guests.
