Amazing results on Auction Day . David’s extensive Market knowledge, attention to detail and dedication earned my solid endorsement throughout the entire sale process. He put together a comprehensive marketing plan and schedule -,from day one through to Auction - and followed it through consistently, leaving nothing to chance. He and his team kept me constantly updated with detailed analysis of progress and guided me through everything required on my side. Weekly face to face reviews gave me confidence that everything that could be done was being done and the comprehensive statistics confirmed the effectiveness of the strategy.
