Australia Post - Beecroft LPO

Love the Beecroft PO run by the fabulous Lucy who is so efficient and knowledgeable (and who every year helps me to send off my UK tax return so it arrives on time even when I leave it to the last minute to mail!! 😳)
I really appreciate being provided with parcel tracking numbers, and being able to fill in the paper customs form rather than the horrible QR code thing used by some other POs ( and which is so inflexible ). I also really like the range of postage envelopes and containers that Lucy stocks - there is always what I need and at a very reasonable price. Thank you Lucy for all your advice and service , we are lucky to have you in Beecroft!

Very conveniently located. Plenty parking available. Nice gift items to buy. I always get excellent service and I appreciate the kindness and helpful ness of the staff behind the counter named Lucy who showed me empathy and kindness when I was grieving. Banking facilities also available which is so convenient.

Best Post Office in the area.

Always pleasant and efficient and the lady there is friendly. I dont know what the other reviews are on about, Ive been going here for 10+ years and never had an issue.

What I have witnessed from the queue is others customers act entitled and argue with the staff here. it seems some people expect the world and special treatment and dodges that is over and above what the staff should be expected to do. Those people should be ashamed for themselves.

All in all if you want to get something done quickly and efficiently then this is the PO for you. If you want extra favours and to circumvent Ausposts systems, then try that elsewhere perhaps?

Just posted 4 parcels this Saturday morning, 3 to UK and 1 local. The lady who served me was extraordinary, polite, efficient, pleasant, helpful and whoever the other reviews are about it's not her. She also served another 3 people in front of me in exactly the same brilliant manner. I would highly recommend Beecroft over Pennant Hill's, which is appalling and not only shuts at lunch time now, doesn't open Saturday's. Well done Beecroft Post Office, finally somewhere local that doesn't provide third class service.

Lucy gets a bad rap from some people. I have no idea why. She does a really good job but will not be persuaded to do the wrong thing,
Generally I have found reviews are written by the discontented. People who are happy to just get on with their day don’t write reviews. Easy to besmirch someone who can’t answer back. I have seen the people who treat her like a lackey. She is always polite and answers their queries with courtesy. And some of their queries are peculiar to say the least.
My grandmother always used to say, if you can’t say something nice about someone, then say nothing at all.
I am ashamed of what some of my fellow local residents say.

I have found the staff friendly & helpful, despite what other reviewers are saying - and I agree, the boss knows the rules & regulations of passports, postage, etc which is good as my nephew went to another post office to get a passport for his toddler and the application was submitted & delayed due to a poor photo so had to be repeated when they eventually found out what the delay was about. Happy if others go elsewhere as the line will be shorter for the rest of us! :).

Went in today to renew my passport. Wonderful service and extremely helpful. It’s always a pleasant experience when I lodge packages.

I'm not sure what all the fuss is about with the negative reviews! We moved into the area at the start of this year, and I've to been the Beecroft Post Office many many times already. Each time the staff have been friendly and very helpful. Zero complaints at all. A recommended AusPost outlet. Thanks Beecroft LPO!

Absolutely brilliant to deal with. Always happy for a chat or to speed things up if you’re in a hurry. After reading some other reviews there seem to be quite a few whingers with unrealistic expectations out there.

I have always found Lucy to be the most friendly and helpful Post Office staff member of all the local post offices. I go out of my way to go to Beecroft.

This place is really good, the lady is very NICE not toxic so I don’t know WHAT you are talking about
And see literally remember my name from TWO years ago, now I’m not a relative not go I go their, but she’s very nice so don’t say that’s she’s bad toxic people
