Advanced Dental Spa Ballajura

Our daughter has a lot of overcrowding. Due to living in a few different places, across a couple of states, she has also had to have more than typical dental work by a few different dentists in the past four years. She just had another extraction today and her first one at Ballajura Advanced Dental Spa.

When we got home, she told us that Dr Paul Chung “is her new favourite dentist by far” and that “the frequent updates before and during the shots and extraction were very helpful.”

The team was caring, considerate, listened to her concerns, explained all of the procedures and risks and care very well and thoroughly. They were very professional and also friendly. The office is clean and has enough space in treatment rooms and waiting areas to feel comfortable.

I would definitely recommend this dentist! Looking forward to having a long future as a customer here!

I had a chipped tooth, I live really close and wanted to get it fixed close and fast. They booked me in and rang me to give me a quicker booking which was good. This was my first time visiting, the receptionist made me feel welcome. I have anxiety I get the shakes and the dentist had to put up with my body shaking and me asking for pauses often. Apart from needing numbing from the needle twice because the first one wasn’t enough this is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to.

I hadn't been to the dentist for nearly two decades after a bad experience as a child. Unfortunately one of my teeth crumbled and I couldn't avoid going any longer. Luckily I chose to see Vince, he was very reassuring. The root canal and crown went smoothly and I continue to visit for regular check ups. I trust in the staff at Advanced Dental Spa and have recommended them to several family members.

Easily recommended. After irrationally avoiding going to a dentist for far too long, Roslyn was able to fix numerous problems for me. All of the staff that I have seen are friendly and professional, and I will definitely return regularly.

Vince is such a fantastic dentist- a great bedside manner and whether he's pulling out my wisdom teeth or giving me a needle or anything else scary I know and trust him that it won't hurt- and it doesn't!! I've nearly finished a year of Invisalign which has gone so smoothly and so glad I did it. Not to mention the lovely support staff- always helping with my baby and just being friendly. Vince has also been so knowledgeable through my Bell's palsy experience, definitely recommend him as a dentist such a professional- you will be in safe hands🙌🏼

Alexander Heights Dental Care has been my dentist for many years. The staff are wonderful and the dentists do a wonderful job. I believe their work is very thorough and of the highest standard. My wife has been going here for the last few years and has received outstanding dental service since. The dental team is understanding and friendly, providing good and thorough (+gentle!) dental care. Very excited to see that the clinic is newly renovated!

No pain or problems with my extractions and she goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth and mouth so you do not have future health risks. I found Dr Roslyn to be very professional and truly caring about your oral health. Simply fantastic!

Advanced Dental Spa - Ballajura

I never thought I’d say this but I’m really liking my new dentist.

Until recently, the dentist was put firmly in the same category of irrational fears along with visits to the tax accountant, patting Huntsman spiders and mistaking sea weed against my leg for a great white shark.

However after my teeth had FINALLY taken matters into their own hands and forced the issue by developing a crack - thus rendering ice cream as a no-go food - I finally swallowed my pride and faced my fear and made an appointment.

My new dentist - Roslyn, is fantastic. In fact all of the staff are. And the 2 minute journey from home to get there is not long enough for my brain to try and reason myself out of the experience. I’m there in a flash, minimal wait time and then I’m placed into the experienced hands of Roslyn.

I must say when I first opened my mouth and my teeth (read: train wreck due to years of poor dental hygiene) were inspected; I appreciated that she did not recoil in horror or faint, instead she was kind and considerate and complimented me on my minty breath.

She’s very gentle and there’s loads of pain relief available. I had to be numbed up for my clean this morning and on the odd occasion I felt a twinge of pain and gripped the chair tightly - it was no problem - just a few more jabs and I was content. If truth be told - the real anaesthetic came from the daytime TV which is conveniently bolted to the ceiling overhead.

I’m numbed now and feel like the side of the face has been hit by a freight train. Not sore. No pain and I kind of sound and dribble like the Elephant Man.

I’ve walked out feeling happy and looking forward to round two - if anything for a catch up with some Home Shopping and Larry Emdur.

They are helping me bring my smile back. Thanks guys.

This is a great professional dental surgery with all the mod cons. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and keen to help. The dentistry is up to date and provided in a super friendly manner in comfortable surroundings. Highly recommend!

Roslyn & the team are professional, caring and so gentle on my sensitive teeth :) Would highly recommend them. We’ve since moved from the area but I ran back to Roslyn after a horror experience at another dental practice near our new place. I’ll be sticking with Advance Dental Spa Ballajura:)

I had been naughty and not been to see the dentist for over 2 years but all the staff were still their friendly, happy and professional selves as I had remembered. Very thorough and informative too. I promise I’ll be back in 6 months!
