I have been eyeing on this place for a while now and finally stopped by for sweet potato tempura (2 pcs) for a quick snack. I was blown away by the crunchiness in every bite.

Mom and pop shop operated by friendly couple. I shall return for more snacks. 3 tables for dining in. They seemed busy for pick up orders (pumping out delicious looking kimbap - Korean seaweed roll).

MY ABSOLUTE NEE FAVE IN EASTWOOD!!! Such fantastic and authentic, homey Korean food!! 🤩 They also do epic meal deal sets for you to get a bang out of your buck!!😝 very very veryyyy delicious food don’t even worry about recommendations cuz everything is delicious! It was also my first time trying the sundae! And I LOVED IT!!😚 great, great spot! I will surely be back for more!

Ordered the spicy rice cakes (국물 떡볶이), the assorted tempura (모둠 튀김) and fish cake in soup (꼬치 오뎅). Each of the dishes were perfect! The spiciness, the warmth, the presentation was immaculate. I would definitely rate this as the best korean street food stall (분식집) 💯

Had their set menu C (kimbap, tteokbokki/ rice cakes, a basket of fried fritters, and a drink) for $33. We upgraded the kimbap to the pork schnitzel kimbap.
Rice cakes were chewy, generous portion of fish cakes and sauce was delicious - just the right sweetness and spicy level.
The fried fritters (sweet potato, squid, prawn, dumpling and seaweed noodle) were all freshly fried and have great textures.
Kimbap was also nice - generous filling - I love the addition of mint in them.
Service was very friendly. Recommended!

Amazing feed with really high quality Kimbabs.

Grabbed the fish cakes and a spicy port kimbab. The fresh kimbab’s quality is on par or if not exceeds Basak’s dishes with even more attention to detail.

Take away was packed well with utensils included.

This is an absolute legit spot to have k-street foods. Even I had lunch right before I couldn’t help to stopping by. Staffs are amazing, I just got simplest kimbab but she made it with generous ingredients and warm heart. I felt so bad to pay only $7 with card but no surcharges 🥲.
I had such a long journey to come here but def worth it. Thanks

One of the best bite of Korean street food in Eastwood, take away only until 4pm until the locked down period.

This place is absolutely worth it! Food is affordable and delicious. Staff were extremely friendly and nice even though we were being loud 😅. Good place to hang and eat with friends. Highly recommend.

Hidden gem in Eastwood that is an absolute must-try. Their tteokbokki, assorted fried vegetables, and kimbap are simply delightful. While they have recently made a slight increase in their prices, the quality of their food remains consistently excellent.

Reasonable price for good food, like this bowl of cheese tteokboki is only $13. Not too busy during weekday lunchtime. Staff is nice and welcoming, they also keep the place very clean. Paying by card available. The food is only made once it is ordered so the wait time is a bit long.

A relax little place for kimbap, ramen and other Korean street food staples. Kimbap here is made fresh to order with various flavours such as the classic, tuna, Chilli and pork or beef. Expect this place to be busier than usual at lunchtime and after school hours. 👉 ‘Dine and Discover NSW vouchers is valid here’

The food is very nice, both the tteokbokki and kimbap taste very nice. The shop is quite small and sometimes you will need to wait a bit for a seat, but it is definitely worth it!

Definitely recommend surry burger and KFC (korean fried chicken 🍗)

Wagyu beef is super juicy and loved every bits of the burger. Very friendly owner.

A beautiful, beautiful place which is one of my favorite. Yummy and very consistent food. I generally hate take away food but this place is an exception. They are very yum even 30mins after picking up - you can hardly find better Korean street foods even in Korea
