Angus who helped me with training shoes was most patient and helpful. Great customer service!

Needed sneakers, soccer boots and mouthguards for the boys. Daniel assisted us with those and was very helpful and accommodating, especially as the boys were quite indecisive. He was kind to the kids, encouraging them and answering their questions.

I was impressed with the range of Asics offered and all sizes we were interested in were available.

The rest of the store was well stocked and had a good range considering its size.

At the register, Teresa was super helpful about rock climbing gear which Rebel unfortunately didn't supply.

Rang up to see if my click and collect would be ready before closing time and the lovely gentlemen on the phone apologised for the delay (I understand these things can happen as I work in retail myself, so all good) and informed me he will process my click and collect right away. As I was leaving he asked if I wanted to try (converse) them on first but I said I know they’re the right size as I’ve ordered them before. I appreciated him making sure I wasn’t leaving with the wrong size. I don’t remember his name but just wanted to say thank you for your help and praise the customer service skills of your workers. 😊

Came into the store yesterday and was served by a delightful young lady named Scarlett. She helped me and my grandson find the perfect pair of sneakers! Great, friendly service.

A basketball was advertised on Rebel online for $20 but was scanning up as $50, I was able to show the ad but it wasn't conclusive however Frank and his supervisor was kind enough to honour the ad. Thanks!

Theresa (but on receipt said Chi) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the items in store and quickly assisted me in finding what I needed. The store is a bit smaller than other Rebel stores, but the selection of items was still a good size to choose from.

Incredibly knowledgable staff, the team member serving me did not try and get me to spend the most instead asking questions and helped me find the right product without over-spending. Rare, though fantastic customer service. Thanks Ryan!
