I've had quite a few scans in this facility over a period of three years and can confirm that the staff are brilliant and perfectly professional. The appointments run on time, the results are always available within 48 hours if not sooner. Highly recommended.

I was in earlier this month and had both a US and X-ray on my ankle. The sonographer was extremely competent, asked questions and found I had a fracture. This would likely have been missed with X-ray alone but thanks to the sonographer I was properly diagnosed and treated for quite a severe injury. Thank you 😊

I can highly recommend the lovely & respectful radiologists at this practice. I have had to have 2 different tests over two days & Heidi & the other female radiologist were so wonderful & respectful. Many thanks

I've had to get a few things done recently and they are always so friendly and efficient.

The radiologist I had on Wednesday was professional, lovely, efficient, friendly and created a calm atmosphere, I absolutely recommend her - wonderful. 5 stars.
However, the receptionist on the Tuesday morning was abhorrently rude, dismissive,
had no social skills or emotional intelligence and appeared completely untrained. This girl would be better far better suited to a job that did not involve people. 0 stars.

The reception staff are officious bordering on cool. The practitioners are very professional.

Very short and not customer friendly over the phone at all.

Seems to be a common occurrence seeing the other reviews. Rang to book in and had a very uncomfortable conversation with the desk clerk. Really rude, I didn’t end up booking because of how rude she was. Hate to think of what sort of experience it would have been in person. Do better, people are generally getting these examinations due to Illness they don’t need to be berated on top of that.

Front desk staff seem really unhappy to be there. My radiologist named Linda was extremely dismissive, rude, giving unsolicited medical advice, and overall has a horrible bedside manner. I came with a friend who also commented on it. Do not recommend this place, you will leave in a worse state than you came in.

I would not recommend this company. I went to have a cortisone injection in my ankle. I came away in more pain than when I went in. Over the months the pain has got worse. The doctor said “ I don’t usually do ankles only shoulders”. Instead of referring me to a more competent doctor he continued. They charged me way above the Medicare rebate. I should at least get compensation if not a refund. There are better places with properly qualified doctors.Look at the reviews! This place gets poor reviews.

The most disheartening and sad experience for what should have been an incredibly exciting 20 week pregnancy scan. The Sonographer was over clinical, dismissive, unsupportive and quite frankly in the wrong job. We paid over $200 for an appointment that should have been 90 minutes long but which lasted 30 minutes, we didn’t get to hear our babies heartbeat and were offered no explanation as to what we were looking at. My husband and 5 year old daughter were completely ignored and couldn’t see the screen as could I and had to strain my neck to be able to see what was going on. It was quite frankly a disgrace which in comparison to our 12 week scan with a different Sonographer who was just beautiful, so empathetic, laughed and smiled and communicated to our daughter what she was looking at. I have made a formal complaint.

Staff in Byron and on the phone is very unfriendly. They need urgently training in communication. They seem to be all in misery and seem to hate working there. It seems like they are not aware that their vibes are contrary to healing the people who come there. Customers have problems and are coming to get and seek help. Staff does not understand this. I must say that the radiologist was nice, that is why I gave only one star.

Horrible front receptionist service over phone. Made me not want to book here.

I have been waiting for over half and hour. The staff has left for there lunch break and I was given an appointment just before that i guess. I have been here before and It was the same issue then. You cannot dare to ask anything from them because the staff have very smart comments ready to shoot at you.

I recently got referred by my GP for a scan at North Coast Radiology. Based on previous experience with this business I asked for alternative options, which are 60km further away. So i'm doing a 120km round trip to avoid using them
