Australia Post - Austral LPO

Went here twice in the last 2 weeks to get passport photos and a passport application lodged for my 4 month old baby. Customer service is incredible here - the store manager Alex and his team are super friendly (all the staff were chatting to my baby and trying to get his attention during the photo which was super cute), patient, incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. They made the whole process very smooth and are very patient even though it's quite a busy LPO. Good to also know that you can do multiple other services here like withdraw cash from banks like CBA and get keys cut too. The LPO is very well organised & neat. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this LPO without hesitation.

I went there for my newborn passport application.
Alex was extremely helpful with the whole process. He photocopied the required documents for me and help me with declaration format for one of the document.

Extremely helpful and prompt service! Completing my children’s passport application was such a breeze thanks to Alex’s experience, professionalism and helpful advice. His and the staff’s genuine care and customer service was evident in every customer interaction. Despite being understaffed that day, they were so efficient in resolving everyone’s queries and managed to hold conversations with returning clients! I’ll definitely be back for any future Auspost-related needs!

The girl that served me was so helpful. She proof checked my paperwork for my sons passport so I don't waste anymore time as I was missing some hard copies and she gave me an estimated time to be back before their next pick up.. She was so happy to assist and when I wrnt back was super helpful in finalising everything. Will be back again!!

Spectacular service. I went in to get my passport application lodged. Staff were calm and collected despite the store being packed. They were friendly, knew their stuff, and were extremely helpful. I was out in 15 minutes. Prior to this I tried to get passport stuff done at 3 different post offices, who obviously didn't help much.

Every time I come into this Post-office I always get what I want done. The gentleman and the ladies are very good at what they do. Their communication is always clear and friendly!!!

Best service one can get from a post office. Alex goes above and beyond to make sure he serves every customer right. The staff is also knowledgeable and always willing to help.

The two lovely ladies that worked there are the absolute, most amazing and helpful people I have ever met! They were so caring and helped in any way they could even though they were so busy and almost at closing time. They didn't stop with their utmost perfect customer service skills and care for every single customer and made sure they provided full service to all of us and I really appreciate that, especially when you saw me overwhelmed with all the paperwork 😅
