Ordered online yesterday 26/Oct/2023 and delivered by Australia Post this morning; exactly 24 hrs from order to receive. Very responsive communication & easy to deal, and very fast delivery. I can now proudly gift Australia Made Ugg boots to friend in China. 👍 Thanks Martin, love the 3 boots.

The pictures says it all. We were out walking In Wisconsin winter. Trudging through at least 12 inches or 30 cms of snow for 1.5 hr. Our feet were dry and toasty and not tired!! . Thank you for the ugg boots!! But remember to buy only made in Australia UGG!! In the last few years I have bought many pairs of boots , slippers for family and friends both in The USA and Australia. It is always a very loved and well received gift!!

It takes one hell of an impression for me to write a review. A huge shout out to the Martin for his assistance on sending replacement boots even before the returned boot arrived at their warehouse. Will be definitely going back to them for our next purchase!

The slippers I purchased from blue mountains Ugg boots are great! Very affordable and awesome quality. Martin was awesome with customer service, I emailed for an update after purchasing online and was called promptly to let me know they were waiting on a delivery of blue sheepskin and that my slippers were being made and would be sent out straight away. Was called on a Friday and were delivered on the Monday. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

What a great little find on way back from random trip to Blue Mountains. It's easy to find on the route Back to Sydney. Staff were friendly. All sorts of UGGs for everyone.
Rugs, jackets, waterproof stuff, hats, boomerang, digereedoo, touristy stuff.

since 1933, they are the original ugg boots. the original site for last 40+ years. the original family 3 generations, still going, this is where they came from. still made in penrith NSW. i bought 2 pair of ugg boots. i changed one pair for another style a week later with out any problems. i was served by GARY, a bloody awesome bloke. YOU WANT THE ORIGINAL, GO THERE. really reasonable prices on everything.

You can't beat genuine Blue Mountains Ugg Boots. They are quality made with lovely thick lambswool and solid soles. They are so warm and comfy and wear really well. I have been buying them for years. And the customer service is great, they know their stuff!

Aussie Ugg’s can’t be beat! My first pair lasted 9years, until my dog got to them, they would have easily lasted another 9 years!

Last pair of boots lasted 6 years of solid use
This time I spent more and bought the heavy duty outdoor style and know without doubt they will last 10 years thats $14 a year lol
They stand by the product and will repair any failure (manufacture) for free and also offer general repairs, I wish I knew this as I accidentally cut my old pair working in the workshop

So happy with the quality and fit of our outdoor-soled uggies, and with the service provided by Blue Mountains Uggs. I wasn't sure which size to order and asked them for advice. They sent the perfect size and delivery was quick too.

update: went back and ordered another pair each, the team were happy to make in custom colour and got them to us really quickly. These boots are just lovely to wear 🙂

The team at Blue Mountains Ugg Boots couldn't have been more helpful: they answered my late evening query with a speedy response that night which meant I could order my Uggs the next morning and then they shipped them immediately that day. The uggs arrived two days later -the quality is fantastic and its so good to know they are Australian made. A wonderful experience, will certainly be buying from Blue Mountains Uggs again! :)

Ordered online delivery was quick. Boots arrived one size too small. Emailed to advise I would be returning, they contacted me back advising what to do. Boots posted back and new boots one size bigger sent out. The entire process was seamless, emails are responded to promptly, phone calls are answered and staff are very helpful. Would recommend to do business with to anyone.
