I recently got my engagement ring valued here for insurance purposes. Karen was quick to respond to my enquiries, and very quick with her services. At the same time she cleaned and tightened my ring, all inclusive of the price of the valuation. Efficient, warm and friendly service. I will definitely be back for any future services.

I did my research and visited a lot of jewelers and saw a lot of diamonds before I met Karen. The experience from start to finish was perfect; the service was professional, honest and flexible. After proposing to my now fiancee with a high quality diamond set on a ring we were able to come back to reset the diamond on a ring completely custom designed exactly to what we wanted. Our criteria was very precise and the final result blew me away - really impressed even better than i imagined. Highly recommended!

I decided to take my long term girlfriend to Sydney for a holiday of a lifetime over the new year. During which time I proposed and thankfully she said yes !! What made it even more special is that we got a stunning engagement ring created by Karen Lindley. She made something that is truly special and could not of been anymore helpful. Friends of Diamonds by Design - My well meaning but design challenged husband bought me some lovely but mismatched birthstones for my children that I think I was to wear together on a necklace. However we were one birthstone short and then fell pregnant with another "surprise". In despair, I packaged the whole lot up and sent them to Karen to try and work her magic! And work it she did!
After securing details of all our family's birthstones, she set to work designing an absolutely gorgeous heirloom piece. All I had to do was set a budget and then choose the designs I preferred (that was the hardest part!
We were thrilled!! Thank you, thank you!

As a typical guy with limited experience in buying jewellery, Karen made the whole process simple and easy. She guided me through all the different options and worked with me to create the ideal ring, within my budget, that my now finance loves!
