My wife and I absolutely loved our visit for our anniversary dinner. The staff were so friendly and really made our night perfect.
The food is delicious and arrived very fast, the service was exceptional and everything on the menu is very reasonably priced.

Definately will be coming back.

Good food, good atmosphere and views. But even better service. The front desk check-in girl was a bit of a lostie. But the waiter/waitresses are exceptional. Bijay in particular is very polite and outstanding with his customer service. Definitely would go back.

Food is AMAZING, steak and oysters are the best, and beverage is nice too! Especially the service is really considerate, they even made us a birthday-surprise-dessert! Very thoughtful!

I am a picky eater, and I have never experienced such perfect food + service and atmosphere in Sydney. Seriously, they are the best in every way. Their staff are always friendly and soooo kind 🥹Whoever reading this - go to this restaurant!!!! Loved their steak, gnocchi, and scollops. Don’t miss out.

We had a nice lunch there today. The service was lovely. The steak and lamb rump were perfect. We wish the portion size of the grilled octopus were a bit more generous as it was $16 per two small skewers. The seating was comfortable.

We celebrated a wedding anniversary at Cafe del Mar on Saturday night for 15 people and we had an amazing time! Wonderful food, view and venue… the staff are what makes this restaurant exceptional. Everyone from the wait staff to the DJ were awesome. Shout out to Emilio who truly went above and beyond for our group - he exemplifies the highest standard in customer service. April also took very good care of us. We had a marvellous time and we will be back!

The best thing at Cafe del Mar was the service. Perfect in every way, the waiters explained each and everything very nicely and suggested their most famous dishes. The views are amazing and so is the atmosphere.
U won't be disappointed. Each and every dish was finely curated and the best was the The Golden Moon, a must try when you visit there.

Lovely meal. We’ve been coming here since they opened. Their standard of food, drinks and service has not dropped.
We had a show to go to and enjoyed entree, main and dessert in under 40 minutes. We will be on time for the show at ICC !

I recommend the bottomless lunch. The food is great. Although the portion sizes are not enough for the guys, it's definitely enough for the ladies. Bottomless drinks were great. There are a lot of good options to choose from. Service was fantastic. The staff were quick and helpful.

Loved everything about our evening at this venue. We hired it for a corporate event and the staff were fantastic - particularly Tony and Lucia. We will definitely be back when we are next in Sydney.

I would love to say Cafe del Mar is my favourite restaurant in Sydney. I highly recommend this restaurant to you guys must try in Sydney.

Big thanks to the chefs. The food is amazing and eye-catching. The ceviche dishes are very fresh and I love the fruit sauce. Additionally, the lamb is very beautiful, fresh and delicious. My friend and I tried that we could taste the natural sweetness of the lamb.

Also the service and drink are very good. Waiters and waitresses are very welcoming and friendly.

Beautiful sunny winters afternoon spent sitting in the sun drinking bubbly. The staff were super friendly. The Maitre D that looked after us was so lovely - we even got a hug when we left.

Stunning location with amazing natural light through the afternoon - but remarkably not imposing or too hot! Lovely staff & some tasty cocktails, but honestly the real star here i& the reason they get 5 of them s the chips.

Cafe del Mar has some of the most delicious hot chips I’ve tasted in Sydney. Lightly skin-on, cooked & salted to perfection, I was so impressed I had to buy a second serve! The only thing that could make them better would be having vegan aioli available as a dipping option.

Cafe Del Mar in Sydney offers a unique take on the darling Harbour dining scene. The styling just oozes Mediterranean island vibes and on a summer evening you will be forgiven for forgetting for a moment that you're in a Sydney restaurant.

The food is fantastic with options ranging tapas plates to large share plates and a great range in between. We opted for tapas to start with King Prawn Salad and beef cheek for mains.

If you've read this far, the best time to go is just before sunset. Place your dinner order then take in some cocktails on the balcony while your starters are being prepared.

Lastly the service was great, attentive, very helpful and friendly.

A great place to watch the harbour do it’s thing… The sliders 🍔 were great… a good selection of cocktails 🍹..

Cafe del Mar hosted my birthday party 24th April 2022 for 18 people and it was a fabulously fantastic event. Thanks to the waiting staff who ensured our glasses where never empty, thanks to the chefs for delicious food and thanks for the weather, the sun came out so we enjoyed the decking off the private event room giving us so much more space to relax and chat. Special thanks to Clinton for assisting with the booking and a massive big THANK YOU to Antonio for all your help on the day, you delivered an outstanding service with your wonderful magnetic personality and BIG smile.
