Always such a pleasure to deal with Dave. For someone who is not very tech savy (understatement) it's a real relief to find someone like Dave. He has helped me with my Aplle device as well as family members Mac books) on numerous occasions. He responds quickly to enquiries, gives great advice (on how to get the most out of the device, if things are worthwhile repairing, what to look for when buying a new device etc. etc. Tech savy + great with people and very affordable.

I spoke to Dave about an issue I was having with a Mac that refused to turn on. He led me clearly and calmly through the possibilities and was very open and honest. I ended up taking his advice of using another service. Such amazing customer service and a genuinely nice and informative guy to keep helping me with a job he had to turn down. He set me up to make the right choice and I'll definitely be using his services in the future!

Dave was an absolute legend! SO HAPPY with his services. He was quick, professional, efficient and even came two times to help me fixing someting on my laptop (even though it was something silly and small)
