Good clean rooms and bathrooms. Had the essentials and nice big fluffy towels.

Good service from the staff checking in.

Good location in town. You could walk to the info centre if looking to find the touristy things to do.

Parking can be difficult as there’s no set parking and with the restaurant open to non guests too, you may not get a spot if coming in later at night. There is parking on the street available if this is the case though.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ibis Styles Broken Hill and overall, it was a delightful experience. The standout feature of my stay was undoubtedly the clean and comfortable room that provided a welcoming haven after a long day of travelling.

My house was flooded and I have a 3 month old baby. The phone was answered at 10pm and a room was found for us! I am so impressed with everything! They went above and beyond for us! And they made sure the next night (if we weren’t able to stay home) that there was a room for us if we needed it, thank you so much for your kindness and understanding!

Fantastic front desk and went above and beyond to deliver an item I had left in the hotel room to the airport. Exceptional service.
Food was also excellent.

Excellent place to stay, probably the best in Broken Hill. We had the spa room , large & comfortable. Nice decor.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable including the pillows. Water pressure in the shower was amazing, I wish mine was the same at home. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Improvement: Delegate the parking space at the corners of the pool area to small cars or motorbikes only. There was a dual cab ute parked right on the Left-hand corner which made it a bit tricky to get around the corner without clipping the car on the cornet post for the pool. From the white marks on te post, this will be a well-worn request.

Great accomodation. Very clean. Lovely restaurant. The food was wonderful. The best thing was the customer service. The manager went above and beyond to provide support and we are very thankful. Would not hesitate to recommend as a stopover option.

Booked the Ibis Styles for a short visit to Broken Hill mainly because of the Accor connection and swimming pool on site. The hotel met all of our expectations and more.

Work trip, always enjoy staying at the Ibis & Broken Hill. Great place to visit and pool is very refreshing on a hot day!

Apart from a large room and a great location we were able to check in early which made our stay even more enjoyable

The manager and staff here were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and the restaurant meals were superb. I stayed as part of a group in September and the manager went out of his way to rearrange the provision of our included meals when our itinerary had to be changed due to potential heavy rains and unexpected public holiday. The location was ideal, close to the town

Amazing steak and entree, great quick service would go back again, highly recommend

A Great Place to Stay!

Down the street from the Palace hotel of Priscilla fame, is the Ibis Styles motel. The rooms have a modern decor and a stylish bathroom with white marbled tiles and free internet. The restaurant has tasty dishes from many cuisines. I especially liked the seafood paella. Continental breakfast is provided. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I had a problem with my room, they quickly upgraded me to a premium suite. They are very professional, with a strong focus on customer service and goodwill. Also, nothing beats having a dip in the glass walled pool at the end of a hot day at work. Excellent. I recommend The Ibis Styles. 5*****

The whole team at the Ibis are 10/10! They go over and above to ensure all my stays are comfortable. The restaurant meals and coffee are just as fabulous too!

5 out of 5 stars. The manager was a delight and went above and beyond when it came to our quick booking. Room was warmed up for us and the cot was set up. He was also extremely helpful with the parking! I still think it was 4 spots but he said it was 3. Lol. Anyways i highly recommend staying here and we look forward to staying here again when we bring the boys up for a mining inspired vacay.

We arrived after driving 12 hours, tired & grumpy. We were met at reception by a friendly, smiling Kyle who was very welcoming which made us happy. What a wonderful person.. Congratulations Ibis for employing such a friendly, helpful and professional young man who made our stay a memorable one. Our room was beautiful and super clean. The bed was comfy. Definitely 5 star hotel and Kyle 6 stars. Thankyou Kyle for all your help. You went all out to help us and we really appreciate it.

Service and accommodation was excellent. Situated in a great spot in Broken Hill we checked in after dinner and we received excellent customer service. Onsite parking is a first come first served basis so we parked right out the front which was not a problem and an easy walk to our rooms. The room was clean and the bathroom was great. The included breakfast in the morning was excellent and had good variety. We would happily stay there again.
