Bought a TV got it home couldn't get the volume working rand them guy who sold me the TV called around after work and got it working. Excellent service.

Alex spent far too much of his time helping me with a weird connection problem on a tv i bought elsewhere, and he did it with a smile. Great service to a non customer and i can only imagine what a great service he gives his customers.

I had an amazing experience at Harvey Norman Broken Hill the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was served by Josh and his service was exceptional I can't recommend this store highly enough!

Walked in a little dejected. Left totally awesomed out by the Manager doing what good managers do. New his products new his margins, did me a deal without being prompted. Extremely pleased.

I do not normally write review for mobs like Harvey Normans as I do not have a high opinion because of their attitude toward exchange or return of faulty product specially when the product is obtained from another store in another state regardless of the written product guarantee.
But this time I must give the complements to Jordan of Harvey Normans Broken Hill where the issue of a faulty non working product was resolved. I find it difficult to understand why it took 3 states to find a store that would deal with my faulty product.
