Very reliable and friendly customers services by phone communication.
Bought 12 bottles of La Crema Chardonnay 2018, although they have no stock at the time of purchase, but deliverable was promising within 9 - 10 days. Great wines selection and reasonable prices.

Highly impressed by the level of customer service and user friendly website. Super easy to navigate and order from. Really enjoyed the quality of red and white wines provided by this service. The wine bottles were well packaged and protected to eliminate breakage of the glass bottles. Really impressed with the fast turnaround and how I was able to come home to the package stored safely at my front door.

I ordered 12 bottles of tempranillo on Dec the 21st. They called me to let me know that delivery couldn't happen within 48 hours as their curries were busy till Xmas but it will be delivered for sure the following week and 100% warrantied before New Year Eve. The SIXTH of January I emailed wondering what happened and asking for my money back.. No answer. Next day email again. Still no answer. Wine ended arriving Saturday the 8th by Australian Post (not private curries) and still today, the 10th of January, no answer to my emails.
Ordering from this place is easy... getting your order... well... good luck with that.
Was planning on ordering my wine online from now on since I don't have a car and it is always a bit of a hassle but I rather deal with that hassle that with this nightmare.

Ordered 48 bottles of champage 5 days ago. Still no delivery received. Their FAQ states all orders are despatched within 48 hours! The contact number diverts to a private number message bank!

Very poor service so far. I am now concerned that I will not get my delivery.
