The Y NSW Broken Hill Integrated Wellness Centre

One of the few places in town open early for breakfast and coffee. A cafe as part of a gym. Super friendly staff. Great banana bread toasted with butter ($5.50) and excellent hot chocolate and barista coffee ($4.50ea). Table service and relaxed eating environment. Well worth the visit.

Amazing way to better yourself and an amazing basketball arena, but could definitely replace some of the cardio machines at the front with some new muscle building machines. Great little coffee place to have a yarn by the way 😄

I go there three times a week to attend Pryme classes, which are for all ages, but they are planned for all fitness level and style to suit all injuries

Really nice coffee here, possibly the best since I left Melb 2 weeks ago. I topped up my coffee for the day with an additional one to accompany me for the first 15km of my drive to Mildura from Broken Hill.

Staff are down to earth, very pleasant, intelligent and young. Most cafes in this trip outside of Victoria/Melbourne don't know about 'Magic'. Nonetheless, the lovely barista here was happy to make my own specific coffee mix, being a Long Mac taking up a third of the cup, topped with an equal volume of thick smooth real milk foam. Delicious. Try it.
It's called a 'KD', and better than a Magic.

The Wellness Cafe is the most relaxed and well situated of all cafes in Broken Hill. Good quality food, no cooked breakfast.
The Sturt Park is opposite and adds to the tranquil feel.
The Cafe is connected with the adjoining Fitness Centre on a walk thru basis, and thus has a steady flow of fit like minded people.

I was in town on the weekend and joined Antheas bodypump class on Friday morning. Great class, very friendly and enjoyable. Felt welcome. Thanks!

Fantastic gym! All the equipment you need, lots of space, lots of different classes, very friendly staff and a lovely cafe. Couldn't live without it!

Great place to get fit, with a heap of equipment to use and apparently some fitness courses to take. Recommended to take a friend with you for motivation and a fitness partner.

Great gym and awesome equipment, would love to see longer hours or 24 hour access but still a good gym
