Broken Hill Outback View Holiday Park

Really enjoyed our two night stay here on Friday and Saturday night. Hadn’t initially planned to get to Broken Hill on Friday so arrived late in the afternoon after phoning ahead to confirm if there were powered sites available. Upon arrival, Jade on reception was very welcoming and helpful when I asked if there were any drive through sites. She very kindly directed us to two back to back sites for us to decide which one we wanted to drive through on to.
This is a large caravan park with very generous sites. Beautiful sunrises.
Amenities: older but adequate and very clean.
Camp kitchen: older but large very clean indoor facility with all necessary appliances and a TV.
Laundry facilities available as well as a pool.
The location is perfect for seeing the sights of Broken Hill as well as for getting straight on to the highway if heading east towards Cobar.

Absolutely beautiful stay. Would have loved to stay longer. Wasn't expecting to much with being priced really well but wow we were blown away with a gorgeous, comfortable, clean and well maintained it was. Had everything plus more we could have wanted. Definitely stay again and recommend to everyone. Thank you so much 😊

Camped two nights unpowered site. There was grass to pitch our tent on - lovely. The shower pressure was gorgeous 😍

It was wonderful Outback View Holiday Park. Loved the star gazing at night. The rooms were so clean had a lovely sleep and rested out. All the amenities was helpful. Just that the kids room fan was not working but the Air con from the living room kept us cool and we were able to manage. And we were not happy with the surcharge that we had to pay above what was mentioned on the wotif site that we booked. Other motels when we paid on the booking site we did not face extra charges. That need to be looked into so we customers don't have to pay extra that what is promised to us . Anyways We loved the stay and would highly recommend to our friends and family. Thank you.

We were so happy to book a pet friendly cabin in the outback area because there are very limited options. More caravan parks should offer this service. Travellers with pets are happy to pay extra.

Stayed 5 nights at this lovely park plenty of room no one on top of one another. Amenities very clean and the showers lovely hot water would recommend this park to anyone and definitely would stay here again

Stayed on a powered site. Staff were very friendly when we checked in and gave us good advise on things to see and places to go. Amenities were very clean. The sunset and sunrise were amazing.

Budget friendly, quiet location. Worked out really well as they fit us in while we were passing through on our way to South Australia. Super accommodative staff and friendly place to stay. Really nice being in nature and not being super busy in the city.

Unfortunately could only stay 1 night but it is a beautiful park. Can see they are doing a lot to the park & will look great when finished. Hope to call in again on my return trip.

I didn’t stay in a room but my camp site was massive, plenty of room and really nice quiet spot. Location was beautiful felt in the middle of no where but not far from everything either. Pool was amazing also. The amenities were clean and the shower pressure was unreal.

Just stayed at Outback View Caravan Park ,Broken Hill, for three nights. It was reasonably priced, close to town and shops, beautiful views, a choice of powered or unpowered sites, very clean amenities and a helpful friendly staff. Kerry and Don Hill

I've stayed in Caravan parks all over Australia and the best shower I've ever had in a caravan park was in the Outback View caravan park in early December 2023. It's very commendable that they have stayed away from the water saving shower heads that can be found everywhere else. Once I found the appropriate temperature there was no fluctuations and this is rare in a caravan park shower. I would happily stay there again. The overall atmosphere of the park was tranquil and relaxed.

Very friendly customer service, large grass sites amenities a bit outdated but clean, a very roomy and tidy park. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again when in Broken Hill. Thank you

We enjoyed an ensuite site with lots of room. Best location to town with a breeze most of our stay. Pool was welcomed relief after hot days.

Great views. The biggest sky that I have seen. Really cool pool. Good management that will let you pick your own site, if you are not happy with what's allocated.

Well located to avoid road noise, clean amenities, friendly welcoming staff.

Being a hot day 42 deg the staff could not be enough help. Room was cool. Pool was cold very enjoyable

While travelling (with our dog) from NSW to Adelaide, we decided to break the trip in Broken Hill and phoned 15 minutes before the office closed to see if they had a room that could accommodate us. No problems, lovely little pet friendly (caged) cabin with great amenities, very comfortable and well equipped! The hot shower with great water pressure was very welcome after hours on the road and the fact that the owners were happy to stay open till we got there was brilliant ... did I mention the stunning views!

Stayed in the caravan park and would recommend it to anyone travelling through or visiting Broken Hill. Large grassy sites, easy access, clean ammenities and friendly helpful staff.

Nice clean, close to town, friendly staff and the sites where reasonable flat and drive through.
