Ear piercing 9th birthday present for my daughter. Small wait (they were super busy) then talked my daughter through the process and were friendly and courteous. Double guns (thank goodness) and her ears were done in an instant... then she dobbed me in to get my second holes done. They kindly fit me in and we walked away with our new piercings. Great job!

When you tell a barber the kind of haircut you need, most of them do a pretty decent job. But, there are a few who can look at you and know precisely what kind of haircut suits you the best. The staff at Jagged Edge know exactly what they're doing. Excellent experience and shout out to Steph!

Not a local, travelling through Broken Hill and on limited time got an appointment for the next day . Had decided it was time to go grey gracefully with a.little bit of help from a hairdresser before getting home for Christmas..I am so happy with results. Totally recommend this salon. Girls really friendly and I watched quite a few transformations in the three hours the I was there….. wish I lived closer I would definitely be back

I would highly recommend The Jagged edge. They are extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Shanaya went above and beyond. She is such a lovely person who makes you feel like you've known her your whole life. I can't speak highly enough of her! Her attention to detail is just extrodenary. Will 100% be going to her again in the future.

Poped in on the off chance i could get my hair tidied up.
The girl fit me in straight away. She did a lovely job and the head massage after the shampoo was fab. Thourouly reccomed these girls.

Had a really good and awkward experience as i was the only male customer in the middle of other female customers and all dressers were female as well.
