Nice and vibrant joint on New Brighton close to the beach. The place is packed almost every day and for the pizza nights. Food was delicious, breaky and dinner and portions quite generous.

Nice little café with super friendly staff and cheeky butcherbirds! Good grub and strong coffee. Seating is covered but outside so bring a cardigan if it's cool. There is also a ramp to the patio that can be used by wheelchairs & prams just off Ocean Ave.

We only dropped in for our morning caffeine hit, but the coffee was top notch and the menu looked great too. Although being Easter Monday (and not many places open) it was super busy and the staff under the pump, they were still friendly and helpful and even got my name right on the first go! The cafe also happens to be situated in an idyllic spot: close to the water, and with plenty of greenery, shade and outdoor seating space. Definitely worth checking out if in the area. (The 5 stars are for the coffee and location only as I’m yet to try any of the food)

Lovely, relaxing & friendly atmosphere. Spacious sitting area, undercover or outdoors. Great food & smooth coffee! The home made cakes are as good as they look!!

After everything they have been through with floods, covid, no staff. They still always greet you with a warm smile & serve the best GLUTEN Free pizzas, cakes, burgers & sauces! Always remember my name!

A very cute and friendly cafe off the main highway and well worth the stop if you are looking for a break from driving. Food was very nicely prepared and healthy, service was friendly and efficient.

We come to South golden beach every year for holidays and the yum yum tree cafe is always a highlight. The owner always remembers us and provides the best service. The food could be rubbish but you would still enjoy going there just for the company. Luckily the food is amazing. I had a souffle that was to die for and a beautiful rich coffee that really made a great start to the day.

Great staff. They were all amazing and friendly. My friend and I both had the coconut tower and it was delicious food for a great price. We were both so full! Coffee was amazing- nothing like a beautiful breakfast to start the day. I wish I lived closer so i could go there more often! Definitely coming here again 😊

I've been coming to the Yum Yum Tree Cafe on and off for donkey's years, and it is consistently great. The food is incredible and the coffee is always top quality. This is always my preferred place to dine when in the Ocean Shores / New Brighton area.

Beautiful place with friendly staff and yummy Veggie pizza. Live music and right by the river! Great cocktails too!

Just as you would picture the set to real life Home and Away!! Great food and atmosphere. Shame it's not open till later in the evening.

Every time I visit Byron my first stop is Yum Yum Tree, and every time I'm here I like it even more. The serene location makes me stop here longer than I would at any other cafe or restaurant. The staff are amazing and the food is even better. I particularly love the local values, organic produce sourced from the area and the real community spirit of staff and patrons alike. Yum Yum Tree is a must visit if you're anywhere near the area!

Wow!! What an amazing treasure!! Well worth the detour from the highway! DO NOT go past this place! Husband had the pulled pork and will probably be the talking point for him for the next 1000 kms, great little courtyard amongst the palm trees, heaps of shade and great customer service! Well done guys, a must on any future trips this way for us!
