Shaver Shop Broadway

I was in the store Friday and made three purchases. I was served by a young man called Arvind. I was very impressed by his excellent customer service and knowledge of the products. Well done and thank you.

Had a wonderful time being served by Injila! She was very sweet and gracefully helped me with my product queries! Great product knowledge and ability to demonstrate the range of products nicely 👍🏼 saved me lots of time and effort to replace a previous product issue!

I've been shopping in shaver shop many times with average experience but this branch give me different experience.
I was looking for GHD helios with specific color as my wife request, a salesperson named Niya V (state on invoice) was helping and explaining me in details. She willing to going back to check the stock and color few times and showed me the differences as I didn't understand about this product. She showed a professionalism.

Mansi was very helpful. Took her time to get explain me all the products she has. Thank you.

My electric razor wouldn't accept any replacement blades, took it to them and they exchanged it for a brand new one at no cost. Awesome service here!

Had a warranty return looked after by the staff at the Broadway store today. They were amazing to deal with.
Friendly and fast to solve the questions I had to help get the product exchanged.

Absolutely brilliant service from the team here. I previously had purchased a trimmer here ( which was recommended to me by the team and I have absolutely loved it ) and unfortunately it had stopped working after a year . I was worried I had to buy a new one all over but they immediately and politely assessed the situation, offered a complete new replacement as it was within the warranty and made me feel quite comfortable about it all. I was served by one of the wonderful casuals and the assistant manager.

I can tell they actually want to listen to customers and genuinely care. Thank you ! I'll be back again I'm sure 🙂

Popped in right on opening time at 10am on Father's Day. Wasn't entirely sure of the product I was trying to find however when I described it to the sales assistant who served me, he knew what I was looking for straight away. The young gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable, and helped me choose the perfect product. He even upsold me a can of spray oil specifically for upkeep of the shaver, and I had no hesitations in adding it to my purchase on his recommendation. I picked up my purchase and was out of there in a jiffy. A refreshing shopping experience and worthy of a great review. Thank you!

This is actually a really clean and bright store, good space to explore the merchandise. Staff were friendly enough and offer assistance if required. The usual Shaver Shop brands and other well known brands of everything from personal grooming gears to electric shaver and more; even electric toothbrushes. Price-wise it's not as competitive but good to browse and compare prices with other businesses that stock same items. It's on the first floor entering from Bay Street entrance.

Best place to get great advice. Lien spent 20 mins going through all the different types of Phillips toothbrush - and was very patient and knowledgeable. Best service I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend the staff here to take you through all the confusing options.

Lien was beyond amazing. Through technical difficulties out of her control she resolved an issue and all with a smile and even stayed after hours to make sure all was done properly. Lien changed my initial experience into an extremely positive experience. I'll definately recommend the Broadway store.
