Dr. Omar is one of the best GPs I've seen. He explains the problem and the solution in an easy manner and doesn't rush me. Highly recommended.

The location is convenient though I had to walk around a bit to find it as a first timer. Basically when you enter the building, there's a spiral stairs.

Visited Dr Omar Salem today for some script renewals and to join a new practice. First impressions count for everything. The location struck me as being unusual for a Medical Centre, however it's refreshing to not be going to a practice on a busy road. There's a nice vibe about the Cannery in general which made the experience a definite positive. Dr. Omar Salem is probably one of the nicest doctors I've ever met. He wasn't rushing to get me out for his next appointment and took the time to get to know me. On top of this the practice manager / receptionist (?) was welcoming, efficient and all up a lovely person to welcome me into the centre. I'll definitely be keeping Dr Omar Salem as my GP moving forward.

There was no waiting and the receptionist, Emilia was lovely as well.

Dr Omar treated each concern with importance instead of brushing me off like a regular GP and he took the time to listen. He was also great at explaining what my issues were without being too technical.

Made my appointment quick and easy online. Comfortable and welcoming clinic. The doctor who greeted me at reception upon arrival was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Doctor Omar Salem, who I then saw for my consult, took the time and care necessary to develop rapport with a new patient. He was understanding and caring and went above and beyond. I highly recommend the Alto Health Practice to anyone looking for a new family doctor.

Made an appointment easily online, upon visiting the clinic for the first time the receptionist was friendly, offered me a drink and sat in me in a comfortable waiting area. Dr Omar Salem was interested in my concerns, got to know me and offered sound advice. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

Warm friendly receptionist who offered a drink on arrival. The waiting area is modern and comfortable, unlike many old clinical practices. Dr Salem, has a friendly caring nature. Very thorough and took plenty of time to understand my history as well as making everything very easy to understand. Would highly recommend!!!

The warmest medical centre reception and waiting room I've been to. The appointment was easy to book and got in the same day. I saw Dr Salem, he was on time and during the appointment he was thorough and took the time to explain everything to me, which I always appreciate from a doctor. Glad to have this medical centre in the area.

Ive always been quite transactional with Doctor visits, not having a regular clinic that I attend. My mindset however has been changed after a few visits to Alto Health! The clinic is modern, warm and inviting and Dr Salem was fantastic, extremely comprehensive and genuine. Highly recommend

Compliments to Dr Omar Salem. Had my 1st shot of Pfizer vaccine yesterday and site of injection does not even hurt afterwards! Dr Salem definitely knows what he’s doing!! Very pleasant clinic overall. Well done!

This is a fabulous new Medical centre which is welcoming, convenient and affordable. The doctor is particularly great with children- he is friendly, calm, very knowledgeable and considerate. His demeanour made my one year old feel at ease. Highly recommend

This is my third visit to see Dr. Salem and cannot recommend him highly enough! He is extremely thorough in his examination and ensures you are comfortable and understand what or why is going with your issue, and the beautiful receptionist offers you a drink when you walk in, where else do you get that!!

A friendly lady at the front desk has welcomed me in, invited me to sit in the waiting room which is so homie and even offered me a cup of tea.
Dr. Omar Salem who called me in minutes after was also very patient, it took time to listen to my case and did all the necessary health checks and explained me the situation. Highly recommended!!

Very incredible experience with Omar , he was efficient and gave great honest advice. I would highly recommend this place, great ambience, cosy room with tea and big tables in case you need to work while your there and it's bulk billed + free parking
