Excellent customer service by Chloe and Mel! Chloe was extremely knowledgeable about the TV and soundbars me and my family were looking at, she went to extensive effort to give us details for every question we had about the products. Mel was extremely helpful in helping us find accessories and guiding us to people who could give us the best advice. This store is far far more helpful than the city store who took 2 hours to refund a product that was given to us faulty, and sent us to multiple stores to find the replacement product.

So amazing to go somewhere with staff who really know their stuff and are helpful!!!

After almost buying a Garmin watch at Officeworks (silly, I know!), I decided to go to JB Hi-Fi instead. Night and day! The JB Hi-Fi staff were knowledgeable, keen to help, made recommendations based on what I was looking for AND they had a great price.

I couldn't be happier. They also offer extended warranties. Definitely a great spot for electronics shopping.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Served by Jack who helped me purchase an ASUS ROG Ally. The only one in stock was a return. Jack was able to confirm return reasons and even got me to speak with the technician that authorised the return. Assisted with my request to open and look inside and was able to even grant me a great discount to second hand nature. 11/10 customer service.

Probably the best JB hi-fi, I said best because it has the least obnoxious employees that will actually help you and know what they are talking about.

Their managers can be a hit and miss depending on which side of the bed they wake up on, or if the moon, sun and stars are aligned, then they will help you in accordance with that.

This place is always a vibe and the staff here are always super nice and welcoming, the efficiency as a team here are amazing 🤩, we have been shopping here and every window shopping here for a few years now, even though refurbishments and renovations this team are very helpful, motivated and well mannered, the parking here is great as well.

Kristy and Dan at JB HiFi Broadway are hidden gems! If you want genuine customer service without the worries of someone trying to make you buy something and going above and beyond to help with my Backbone controller issue. They offered a refund with no questions asked but also offered alternative solutions. I opted for the latter which resolved the problem with ease and was actually faster than a refund process. They are really easygoing, chilled, and listened to my concerns. Strongly recommend this store!

James was excellent. I had a lot of questions and despite only knowing some answers, he made the effort to find out the specifics or what I was asking. He discussed my options with me and followed through from the beginning to the end of Tony experience in store.

I was helped out by a staff member in returning my pixel buds with extra care. After I told him what happened to the buds, he gave me a death stare then he went to the back for a while. He came out asking for my name and said he could refund or replace it. I got the refund and was on my way. It's good to know that their extra care works for what it is.

Once again incredible customer service and job proved to be no1. And I could say the same about all of my previous experience. Well done, hats off to you. And Jackie is exceptionally great at his work.

The process of returning electronic/entertainment goods can be precarious, especially when it's not faulty as such, but rather a matter of formatting, in the case of a DVD player or laptop. Regardless the experience I had at JB hifi's Broadway store, made it effortless, quick, and educative. Both Annie at the counter and her supervisor, made sure of that.

Absolutely amazing service from Amy and Bronte from AV (and german guy), really friedndly store, got a lovely discount on this last minute gift. Also just had to take a picture in front of the best 'pokemon cards' wall ever!
