Hunting Hue

One of the city’s hidden secrets, Hunting Hue is a unique art and gift shop, stocking some of the most stylist and unique designs that are quintessentially Sydney, with a contemporary edge. Products are high quality, easy to find small or premium pieces that you won’t see anywhere else. Owner and artist Rebecca Collinson-Smith is the creative talent. Highly recommend their products!

I visited Sydney a few months ago and was having a walk around The Rocks when I bumped into Rebecca's lovely shop. She makes the most amazing printed silk and cotton scarves with her own photography and designs. I love supporting small businesses and local artists, so I couldn't leave without getting myself a small Bondi Beach scarf. Just came across this gem of a store after visiting the rocks market. The most beautiful silk Scarves, swimwear and accessories. The prints on the scarfs are absolutely gorgeous and make for a great statement piece. Purchased a gorg scarf with an aerial view of bondi on it. The service, styling advice and customer care are so amazing. Never wrote a google review but here I am kinda amazing 🤩 hope to extend to my collection soon 🧣

The most magical little boutique! A group of us popped into Hunting Hue just to have a browse and from the moment we walked in, Rebecca and her mum made us feel so welcomed. We were visiting from Melbourne and they both made us all feel so comfortable and welcomed into Sydney and their space. Our whole group ended up grabbing a few printed silk scarves with Rebecca’s photography, beautiful to look at and touch. These are now adorned on our handbags and necks to carry through life and to remind us of our beautiful lil’ trip and the kind experience we had with Hunting Hue. Whenever I need beautiful Australian made products as gifts I head to the Rocks. Hunting Hue is the most beautifully curated space containing a unique collection of Australian scenes on silk scarves, swimwear, pillow cases, serviettes. There is also a great selection of photos of Sydney that make the perfect present. Congratulations to Rebecca and her Mum who was on duty when I visited. Thrilled that you have raised the bar for fine quality and sophisticated Australian made products. By the way I purchased a swimming costume (with aerial shot of a Sydney beach) for a 2 year old in Italy! with aerial scenes of a Sydney beach!

Great shop for quality, unique souvenirs. Luxurious silk scarves and pillowcases with sophisticated, unique prints of iconic Sydney views- the Opera House, Bondi Beach, and Icebergs, among others. I must admit to buying several for myself, even though I live in Sydney. I feel like I'm wearing a love letter to the view when I'm wearing mine. A lovely selection of small run, sustainable swimwear as well.

I love Hunting Hue, great service, really beautiful designs and prints. When looking for stylish pocket squares Hunting Hue is my first and only choice. Beautifully presented and high quality products.

Walking through the rocks I came across a gorgeous little shop only to discover the owner was a girl I went to kindergarten with.

I was with a friend visiting from Bermuda and this was the perfect place for her to purchase a souvenir to remind her of her time in Australia. The photography on the scarf was the perfect reminder of Aus, With so many iconic landmarks to choose from.

The work she does is absolutely incredible! I bought a scarf with the Bondi view. She has created a product that is so unique and the excitement that she brings to her design is unfathomable! Can’t wait to go back and buy another scarf for my family!

One of the most unique stores I've ever visited. Custom made scarves for each of my family members, went down a treat. The colours and design of your the silk is luxurious. Thank you for providing Sydney with your one off pieces; I will certainly be back!

I was visiting Sydney for the first time one weekend and as I walked through the Rocks Market, the display in the front of the Hunting Hue store caught my eye. I thought the frames were of photos but upon closer look they were silk scarves. Intrigued, I walked into the store and was greeted by the owner Rebecca who explained her process of creating the silk scarves. What a cool concept! I knew after strolling through the market that a pocket square would be the most unique souvenir/gift for myself. I bought the “Miki D” print and love the white trim against the aerial shot of the darkish rich turquoise-y water with the surfers. It adds a little something when I’m wearing a crisp white shirt and tie this on my wrist. It also looks great tied around the neck or even on a ponytail. It’s a lot of fun to wear and is a nice pop of color for someone with a minimalist wardrobe. Thank you and keep the designs coming!

We went to the opening of the store and it was really nice. We enjoyed the cheese platter on arrival. The vibe was great. The products are even better. We bought a silk pocket square for our cat and she loves wearing it. So it’s not just for human. We love supporting our local girl
