The Lucky Charm QVB

The Lucky Charm has been great to shop with. I had some back issues of a magazine which they have been helping me obtain. I wouldn’t have been able to get them without their assistance. Ricky has been really friendly and helpful as have the rest of the staff.

I love buying my magazines here! On top of the variety of magazines and gifts, they set aside my preferences and mail them. 💜

The Lucky Charm newsagency must be one of the best in Sydney. I find the staff reliable, friendly, courteous and helpful. I collect a monthly magazine from them and I love the extra effort they make to inform me when it arrives. I actually recommend them to my friends who work in the city. 5 out of 5 for performance!!!

Amazing customer service!! I passed through the shop in Town Hall train station and I saw a cute tote bag. I asked for 2 but it was just one left. I left my phone number is case they could get one more. In less that 1 hour Ricky text me that to tell me that the got the second tote bag for me. Thank you Ricky!!!

This is by far THE best newsagency in the entire city. I come from the Blue Mountains on the train for an hour and a half to come here and they truly earned my dollar. This happens to be the only newsagents that stocks independent fashion and style magazines. They endeavour to order specific covers/issues and international publications for my purchase. An amazing staff, just a shame its in such a cramped location :(

I am a tiny niche publisher of a magazine for parents of teenagers called Exploring Teens. We have only just made the move to newsagents and I've been biting my nails.
