I bought two jackets at the Macquarie shopping mall months back. The sales person is nice. The jackets are of good quality, and was on promotion price. I am very happy. Thank you.

Open before 9, needed a shirt for a pre work costume change. Simple wardrobe staples in classic colours. Material is soft and comfy. Person who served me was fast and courteous.

Just to be aware that this store is located in Town Hall Square (underground). This is not the same store that was previously next to the cinema.

The store itself was decent but unfortunately does not have the thing I was looking for.

This shop offers good bargain but unfortunately only have limited selections. The shop is quite small so it is quite crowded and limited space to move around the shop.

Not much options, bit difficult to find the shop while navigating using Google maps

Google Maps address and the actual store location is different, has 2 different picture at 2 different locations of the same store.

Also the store's opening hours listed (7:30am) is false, store does not open before 8:30am. Don't actually know when it does open but after taking 20 min to find the place waited from 7:30am till 8:30am for nothing.

I don't know if all of these are the owner's fault or goggle's. If you want to know about customer service or store products, got no clue, as you can see didn't even open when I was there. Which is why 2 stars. Otherwise would have been 1 (based on my personal experience, nothing else).

I might sound like a Karen here, but when you say something (like opening at 7:30). I expect it to be open at the time.

Been spending so much money at the town hall outlet since lockdown season.

Rule in business, if you bag check repeat customers who have spent HUNDREDS of dollars in your store - you may have won the battle but lost the war. I will never step foot into your shop ever again.

If you like Giordano go to the hay market store they are bigger and have a wider range of clothing. Also the staff are Not paranoid that REGULAR customers are going to steal things.

I was looking jackets.it was just a couple of minutes I entered the shop, one of the staff shouted from the back telling me ,the price if jacket.i even didn’t ask the price ,she was letting me know as its very expensive.if someone likes the product very much,price doesnt matter.
So disrespectful.worst customer service ever.
