My husband and I got our meal here Monday night and tried the Sweet and Sour crunchy chicken with mashed potato and gravy, pineapple fritter and garlic bread. The chicken was totally DELICIOUS. Tasty and tender it will be on our list from now on. The fritter was the best I have ever had. The potato was nice with gravy and smooth and not over spiced. Garlic bread a bit soggy but tasty. Definitely getting this meal again.

Had 30 mins to kill and was hungry so Red Rooster was just the ticket. The box with the pineapple, not sure of the name, was enough to fill one up, but not too much. Impressed with the staff friendliness and cleanliness of the outlet.

We always go drive through. They've never got our order wrong and are very efficient.

The fried chicken flavours are amazing. I had no idea. Count me in as a regular customer.

I ordered the rooster roll box meal in the drive through - best one I’ve eaten so far. Everything was fresh, chips were hot and salty. Rooster roll had lots of chicken and the wings were crunchy. Couldn’t fault the meal at all.

I just ordered a meal and the cashier was so friendly and helped me choose a meal. When the meal arrived it was fresh, tasty and served in minutes. The cashier’s name was abhar. Best customer service experience I’ve had in any fast food restaurant.

Swing through the drive through about 7pm on a Sunday, honestly, surprised at how fast the service was, normally up for a few minutes wait on my odd order, at least at other franchises. This crew were on top of things quick smart, thankyou kitchen and window operators, very pleased. Big thumbs up

Hard to think of anything negative to say, I would order in drive thru maybe once a fortnight and the staff are always really friendly and attentive. Never had to wait too long and if they park me which isn't too often it's usually quicker than McDonalds can make me wait. My go to order is an original Flayva(yum!!) combo and 2 pieces of fried chicken. The new crunchy fried chicken they do is always hot and fresh somehow and really delicious. The pineapple rings are really good too sorry if that offends people. 😄

Young man named Patrick welcomed us in drive through with such a happy cheerful voice, took our order and when we got to the window his smile was just as amazing as his welcome over the speaker. There seriously needs to be more people like him working in stores like that.

The employee were attentive when I order my food, the food came out quickly and hot no complaints.
