The staff at the store were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. Their dedication to customer service truly stood out.

We had scheduled a Genius Bar appointment for my son's laptop, and the service we received was exceptional. Jose, the Apple employee who assisted us, was excellent in every way. He was not only well-mannered and professional but also extremely knowledgeable about Apple products. He patiently listened to our concerns, asked relevant questions, and provided thorough explanations of the possible solutions. His expertise and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our issue was resolved left a lasting impression.

What impressed me the most was Jose's helpfulness throughout the entire process. He guided us step-by-step, offering practical advice and demonstrating genuine care for our situation. He took the time to address all our questions and concerns, ensuring that we left the store with a fully functioning laptop and a clear understanding of how to prevent similar issues in the future.

Overall, my experience at the Apple store in Broadway shopping centre was outstanding. The staff's friendliness and willingness to assist, combined with Jose's exceptional customer service skills, made for a truly satisfying visit.

I really enjoyed the shopping experience yesterday with Alfie!!! He is knowledgeable and patient, explaining the differences between different products. Besides shopping, as a tech enthusiast, I'd love to hear more from Apple's genius to share ideas during the shopping process.

Really appreciate the Genius Bar to repair my MacBook fast and also help me repair the battery with no cost! Thank you so much the staff is so helpful, kind and friendly. Customer service 10/10

I came to buy my first ipad today. I didn’t really know the difference between all the series but one of the staff explained me so well and showed me how to use Apple Pencil. He gave me a good advice and helped me a lot. He was really kind. Sorry I forgot his name, but I will definitely come back to buy apple watch!

I’m very happy about Apple Broadway service. Indeed, I had a technical phone issue and they did an amazing job. They are very patient, quick and available at any time. They offer solution very quickly which is very pleasant.

Great experience at this Apple Store. They were busy and running late but kept me updated, AirPods 12 months out of warranty but they still replaced them. Awesome outcome. Great customer service

Thia Apple store is WAY BETTER suited to deal with customers than the George Street’s one.

I live 5 minutes from Apple’s flagship store at George St but I’d rather spend 15 minutes by bus going to Broadway.

Excellent customer service, lovely staff and you will probably not have to deal with attitude from some of the rude staff at George st.

This store is the best in sydney, for sure.

I had a great experience in store with Ruby on Monday, she clearly explained all of my options when looking to purchase a new iPhone and helped me find the best option for me without pressure or judgement. She also managed effortlessly to professionally serve both me and another customer with successful multitasking skills, setting me up with a new phone and provider plan as well as another customer with a new laptop for his business, as it was busy and close to the EOD.

Typical apple product set up all items on display and working so u can try them out .
Great service from the staff. If u have bought an item like a phone from them and it is not working make a booing time and they will usually set u right they have a great service policy .

Disaster at home when my daughters Macbook screen failed at 9pm during the HSC. Made an appointment online for the next afternoon. Rang AppleCare in the morning and they ensured the part was onsite ready for my appointment. Staff at Broadway understood the urgency and had the screen replaced within 2 hours.
