I love Bubble Nini on principle because it really beats out every other brand available in Sydney in my opinion. But it really breaks my heart seeing very little staff working at this branch. Today I can only see one worker who is being forced to multi task, taking orders and making the drinks, I feel this just ruins the experience for customers and I don't believe this is fair to that staff member. There should really be more staff working here. At least 3 given how long the lines are sometimes.

The bubble tea was delicious.
A wide range of options.

Many of those can be made hot or cold.
The bubbles come by default, which is always good.

You could also choose to have your tea with fizzy water.

The lower points for service not because there was anything wrong with the service itself. However, the shop was understaffed and struggled to both take orders and make tea at the same time.

Well worth the wait though.

The matcha green tea latte and the strawberry drink were very good. The strawberry and matcha pearls were chewy, sweet and delicious. But, I came here on a weekday and there was only one worker with a line of customers who all came at once. Should have at least 2 workers considering the stress put onto one worker. I don’t mind the wait but I do feel like the pressure is too much on one person. Would come back again to try other drinks.

** Disclaimer!! I am not a bubble tea fan as I generally dislike boba pearls and sweet drinks. But Bubble Nini is the only place that I thoroughly enjoy to drink!

Their sweetness level is perfect for me and their pearls are made fresh daily! You can totally tell the difference as it isn’t as hard/chewy as the other competitors. They tend to have a lot of preservatives added to them, which also has a long expiry date.

I love their extensive range of flavours, that you typically can’t get elsewhere, as well as their creative play on words in their menu.

One of my all time favourites is the “Honey, I’m home” (the pretty purple drink that contains butterfly pea powder) and “Jasmine is a Cu-tea”.

I always end up ordering the same drinks but this time I tried to be different a lemon drink, as a suggestion by the owner, and now I can’t decide what to get each time I go anymore 😅

Great bubble tea place with so many aesthetic drinks. They taste refreshing and are made with high quality ingredients. The coolest thing is that they make hand made pears of different flavours.

I love this place so much, it’s my favourite bubble tea in Sydney! I am a loyal fan, I have been there through thick and thing. I’ve tried every flavour but my favourite is by far the strawberry flavour tea which has delightful pearls. I did like the collaboration with Hello Kitty as the cups were super cute!

Sooooooo gooooood.

It is the best bubble tea in all of Sydney CBD! Largely because it actually has flavour and doesn't feel like sugar with a shot of tea...

I was going to take a photo of the tea but I drank it so quickly.

Honey I’m home (blue pea lemonade with chia seeds) was pretty good. Muscat milk tea (no sugar) was pretty good too but could do a stronger muscat flavour.

I have been here wayyyy too much over the past 2 weeks. The bubble tea here is sooo good and I love how they have oat and soy milk options. The staff are super nice and very accommodating. My friend ordered a drink, but she didn’t like it on the spot, so the guy made her another drink that she ended up loving! Really made the experience much more enjoyable! They also have a cute flower shop beside it. Definitely recommend stopping by here cause it’s the best bubble tea I’ve ever had!

BubbleNini has brought us quite a few delicious drinks. Probably one of the best milk tea chains in Sydney.

There's also a beautiful flowery interior as you can see in my photos.

Very pretty bubble tea location with really great tasting tea. You could definitely taste the tea, it was really creamy and they make their own speciality pearls and toppings which was really awesome. This place is pricier than other spots but the taste is definitely better so it is worth paying extra.

I got the jasmine tea with Sakura pearls

Located inside the darling square “birds nest” building at the ground level.

This place is selling a very unique beverage made with various ingredients that are well mixed together.

Liven payment is supported on this place.

This was my first time trying these drinks and whilst I found the milk based drink really difficult to drink, there was nothing wrong with it, it just wasn't my preference. The other drink we ordered was great, they were quick to make, and the team were friendly!

Not a fan of bubble tea, but this one is surprisingly good! Had jasmine milk tea, you really feel the flavour of jasmine while it’s also not too sweet! Sorry only remember to take a picture when I have nearly finished it! Sitting outside the shop is also a beautiful thing to do!

Finally, a bubble tea place with high quality matcha! Compared to the alternatives, they make everything in-house without nasty chemicals.
