Hidden gem in Martin Place. Their pesto pasta is one of the best I’ve ever tried, the arancini is also quite nice. The wait staff is very attentive and kind. Would come back to try the tiramisu ❤

This little restaurant reminded us of the great casual restaurants the locals would know in Italy. Tucked away downstairs with indoor and outdoor eating spaces. Indoors their large community table where sat. I would advise you to prebook we didn't, although the young female host managed to have us seated, and we are so glad we did. Our experience was a Tuesday night, and there were very limited restaurants open near the theatre. There were no vegan pasta choices on the menu, although when asked if vegan was possible, the chef did have homemade vegan pasta and the most delicious sauce. They offered to veganize three dishes for me . I chose Fabbrica homemade vegan pasta combined with arribbiata, a spicy tomato sauce. I savoured every mouthful. The other dish for the non vegan was Trottole alla PrimaVera, a delicate creamy sauce with a tiny crunch of asparagus, smooth buffalo ricotta and homemade pasta shells. The dish was moderate in size although very filling. It's not a vegan restaurant, but their willingness to veganized three delicious dishes was definitely worth going. If you go, call them first and ask if they can provide a vegan pasta because I highly recommend my vegan dish. Fabbrrica, thank you and please add a vegan salad dressing and your delicious vegan Arribbiata sauce to your menu.

Came here for dinner for our first night in Sydney and genuinely my jaw is still on the floor from how good it was. Amazing service from Giorgio and Jacopo. Everything was so delicious and fresh. Could genuinely have eaten 10 zucchini flowers. The anchovies on focaccia - could not fault and then the prawn all’arrabbiata was chefs kiss. A vibe.

Had a lovely meal here with my partner. The wait staff were very accommodating and attentive throughout the evening. The food was delicious, fresh pasta cooked to perfection in flavourful sauces and the tiramisu was a standout! Thanks for a lovely night, we’ll be back!

I was celebrating the birthday with my friends. The pasta is the best pasta I had tried in Sydney. But I think because the staff was to busy, sometimes they do not notice us😅 And the waiting time is quite long 😅 But overall, it is still a very good restaurant!

Cool little restaurant in the CBD (and dog friendly too!). We were escorted to our seats immediately as soon as we arrived. The focaccia was served cold but it was still very delicious. Everything else was perfect, reasonably priced, and the pasta was incredible!!! We ordered the mafaldine all’Amatriciana and it was cooked beautifully. The service was also very good and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Very happy with my visit and will definitely be back again! Thank you Fabbrica :)

This pasta place is a hidden gem! The space is small but cozy, and the pasta is absolutely delicious. I tried the spaghetti arrabiata , and it was the best I've ever had. The bread was also excellent, and the service was friendly and attentive. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes!

Came here for dinner on a whim and it was well worth it. All the food was amazing and super delicious. The goat's cheese was a great addition to the campanelle. Will definitely come back to try some of the other pasta dishes.

Most incredible food and service! My partner has allergies and the chef was able to accommodate. The chef even came out and hand delivered two deserts and asked us how the food was etc. He really cared, which was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Only stumbled upon this place in search of a bathroom key but stayed to try the food.

My favorite place in Sydney! You eat divinely, authentic Italian cuisine. The first courses are made on the spot and the pasta is made by them. Super friendly staff, I go there whenever I can!

Love it here.. my fav is their 'street meats' sandwich.. always tasty, fresh & top notch! Great CBD location.. ooh.. & their cookies are tdf! Go off peak to avoid queues.. noone like queues..

Visited this restaurant 4 times for lunch within 2 weeks. The passion and joy the chef shows directly translates to the amazing Italian dishes they are serving. Simple but made with passion and high quality ingredients. The shared meal we ordered on our last visit was a feast. If you dare to order the beef tongue you'll be rewarded by the chef.

We didn't reserve a seat but they squeeze us in, which we really appreciate. We tried the mafaldine (the curly pasta) in tomato and basil sauce.We love the texture of the mafaldine. We also tried the ragu pasta, I forgot what the name was. It was really good, that's our favorite. Overall, the food are really nice. But it's just that their pasta is a bit overcooked, it should be al dente.

With that many pasta aroubd town, this place could be a hit or miss for some. For me it was a complete bulls eye. I would call this neo pasta bar with asian twist. Trully a clever way of decolonising a dish and reconstructing it.
Wine selections were great as well. Bravo and highly recommended.
Ps: i had lamb ragu and spagettoni prawn.

I had a small birthday dinner here with my housemates last night and it was lovely. The arancini and artichokes were amazing. We each had a different pasta dish as a main and can only give glowing reviews. The wine selection was also excellent! Really lovely intimate space, not too noisy, and the staff were marvellous.

Got many recommendations from my friends, and they were right. Cozy, delicious food, and friendly staff.
