Very nice shopping experience here! Super nice and friendly staff. Staff has wide rang of knowledge of wine and beer, helped me to find my beloved craft beer here. Staff provided carefully covid-19 check every customer came in, truly taking care of customers' safety and rights, no exceptions.

Smaller bottleshop with a fantastic range of craft beer (local and Australia-wide) available for mix-n-match. Really friendly staff who are always happy to give a recommendation. Great little addition to the neighbourhood.

One of the guys who works there is a little “distant” he is always logged into Weibo I think, but the young couple who own the place are friendly and recognise return customers, well stocked and competitive prices

Alot of variety. Well maintained and nicely stocked up store. I all the staff was cooperative while Cliff is the best guy.

Worst Customer Service - ever.

Simply the worst customer service I’ve encountered. Had his headphones on the whole time. Didn’t care at all. I asked for a paper bag and a plastic. He just looked at me. He wanted to give me one or the other. Is it too much to ask for both?
I would go to another place but this is the closest bottle shop around.

Store itself is great. But the customer service had always been terrible.

Would leave it no stars if I could. I’ve never experienced such a rude staff member in my life and I come from 25yrs in the retail industry.

Firstly, the staff member tonight demanded that my fiancé and I show proof of our medical exemptions to wearing a mask.

Upon showing our medical exemptions he pulled down his mask and proceeded to tell us rudely and in our personal space that what we showed him was fake and not a real exemption.

He then began arguing when we were shocked that he was making a statement that our doctor is fake.

We turned and walked out and will never go here again, nor will our friends and family.

It’s a shame that people are using what’s going on for their own power trip.
